Jalen Hurts has not moved on from his loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the most recent Super Bowl, and nor should he.
The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback helped lead his team to the big game in his third year and has been well-paid for it. But, he’s keen on doing one better and bringing the Lombardi Trophy back to Philly.
It appears Hurts remains keen on reminding himself of the pain he must have felt after coming out on the losing end as footage from an Eagles training camp meeting shows he has set the lock screen on his iPhone to a photo of himself walking off in the wake of the disheartening defeat.
You could check it out in the photo right below:
The lock screen has also earned him some criticism online.

Hurts had a spectacular game in the Super Bowl and actually played better than Patrick Mahomes, especially from a statistical point of view. However, the Philly defense failed to get the job done on their end and didn’t get to the Chiefs QB a single time.
Of course, we all saw how badly they were affected by the turf. Still, it’s no excuse.
The Eagles will hope Hurts can help them get back in a position to lift the trophy next season, but the challenges will be very different.
It’s great that the QB is doing what he can to motivate himself ahead of what will be another demanding campaign. Let’s see how it ends up.
