Jalen Carter clearly makes bad decisions when it comes to him being behind the wheel.
Earlier this week, the former Georgia Bulldogs star and NFL Draft prospect turned himself in on street racing and reckless driving charges which stemmed from the day his teammate and staff member died in a car accident shortly after the championship parade.
This was not the first time he has been in trouble for driving too fast. Channel 2 Action News dropped body cam footage that showed an officer pulling him over months before the crash that killed Devin Willock and Chandler LeCroy.
“Y’all need to slow down, dude,” the officer can be heard telling Carter. “Man, I’ve already stopped a bunch of your football players.”
Carter received a ticket for going 89 in a 45 MPH zone.
“Your break is, you’re not going to jail. That’s your break because that’s gonna make all kinds of news, right?” the officer says.

Neither one knew this cam footage would be critical right now after a terrible accident. After the wreck earlier this year, police say they learned Carter left the scene of the deadly crash before finding out he would return. He would give false statements about where he exactly was at the time of the crash.
He turned himself in Wednesday and was out in enough time to head over to the NFL combine and finish off interviews as well as other activities.
We shall see if his situation greatly affects his draft position.
