It may not be as reported, but men definitely do get assaulted in relationships.
In this particular case, the caption says a man was being confronted by his side chick for cheating on her. The young woman wanted the other girl to come out as she constantly hit the guy.
The person behind the camera trying to keep the peace was Tre’Vour Wallace-Simms, who plays guard for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He is clearly recording for his safety, his friend’s safety, as well as the young lady if the cops were to show up asking questions.
As the irate lady says ‘It’s war,’ Wallace-Simms tries to step in and offer to pay for her to leave. She would not accept money as she continued to yell at the friend and swing on him.
“Can I pay you to leave?”
“I will pay you to leave.”
The caption on the video reads: “NFL Jaguar’s player, Tre’Vour Wallace-Simms, catches his friend getting punched around by his alleged side chick… He tried to deescalate The situation & started to film for his friend’s safety.”
