The Jacksonville Jaguars claimed the AFC South title after a 20-16 win over the Tennessee Titans.
Things were looking bleak until Josh Allen grabbed a fumble and returned it 37 yards for a touchdown with 2:51 remaining helped the Jaguars beat rival Tennessee 20-16 on Saturday night and secure their first AFC South championship since 2017.
After the game, one player on the team had a brutal take for their former head coach Urban Meyer.
One reporter brought up Meyer to Jags receiver Marvin Jones, who was asked about the notion that the Jags were broken under Meyer last year.
“I think one person was broken. It wasn’t us,” Jones said.
Trevor Lawrence was in the midst of his rookie campaign, and the team didn’t have standout running back Travis Etienne due to injuries so the team was expected to be bad. However, Urban Meyer made things so much worse with his behavior on and off the field.

The best thing for this franchise was firing him before he could finish out his first year as head coach.
Jacksonville closed the 2022 regular season winning its fifth consecutive game and becoming the fifth team in NFL history to make the playoffs with a five-game losing streak and a five-game winning streak in the same season.
Jacksonville earned the No. 4 seed in the conference playoffs and will host either the Los Angeles Chargers or Baltimore in the wild-card round next weekend.
