Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ younger brother Jackson Mahomes has fallen afoul of the law following accusations of sexual battery stemming from February.
The 23-year-old TikToker has been arrested and charged for the offense noted above, with a restaurant owner alleging that he forcibly kissed her at her establishment. Jackson also stands accused of assaulting an employee at that same restaurant in a separate incident.
It appears the youngster has made a habit of getting on the wrong side of restaurant owners and staff as it’s been previously revealed that he really pissed another one off even before the post-Super Bowl allegations surfaced.
It’s reported that Jackson visited the SoT cocktail bar in Kansas City in December 2021 and later took to Twitter to rant and attempt to cancel them because they could not host him and his friends. He eventually deleted the tweets, but not before SoT replied.
“We survived a global pandemic, we’ll survive your ego,” their response read. “We are sorry you didn’t reach out to us first before taking to social media, but then again that is an expectation we would have from a mature and rational person, not someone who pours water on fans and dances on the memorials of tragically lost people for TikTok clout.”

SoT was referencing Jackson pouring bottled water on a Baltimore fan who was laughing at him during a game between the Chiefs and Ravens in 2021.
He also fielded lots of criticism for making a TikTok video in which he showed himself dancing on the top of the number of the late Sean Taylor, whom the Washington Commanders were honoring.
