The woman who accused Jackson Mahomes of forcing himself on her has had to close her restaurant down as the publicity has apparently led to significant losses.
Jackson, the brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, has found himself in legal hot water following accusations of assaulting a waiter and kissing said restaurant owner without her consent.
He will have his day in court following charges of aggravated sexual battery and misdemeanor battery, with the saga damaging the reputation of the Mahomes family.
The woman in question, Aspen Vaughn, has also seen her business affected as, according to FirstSportz, the establishment has experienced a 75 percent loss in profits. Aspen is said to be regretful over reporting the matter and wants everything to “just get back to normal.”
Vaughn has also revealed that her employees have faced unbearable attacks while persons have caused physical damage to the establishment, including to gas pipes and AC lines.
This has forced her to shut operations down until further notice.
