Jack Jones gave the Chiefs that work on Christmas Day, taking up the role of The Grinch as he helped the Raiders deliver a shocking blow to the defending Super Bowl champs.
The Vegas cornerback put in a remarkable performance, making an important pick-six, defending a pass, and making five tackles to keep his team’s playoff hopes alive. Things have certainly changed since Antonio Pierce took over as interim head coach, and a postseason berth is actually a possibility right now.
Jones, meanwhile, has decided to rub salt in the wound on the heels of the win, taking to Instagram to post a photoshopped image of the aforementioned character’s head on his body to suggest he stole Christmas from Arrowhead.
The Raiders claimed Jones off waivers after the Patriots cut him in mid-November. He appears to be a very solid addition given his immense contributions since joining the somewhat resurgent AFC outfit.
