If he is anything like his fiancee, he will be an exceptional pick when it is all said and done.
The NFL world is coming away extremely impressed with the tackling ability of Megan Meyer, fiance of Detroit Lions linebacker Jack Campbell. Detroit’s first-round draft pick was on the water this weekend as he tried to surf while being pulled by a boat.
His soon-to-be wife stopped all of that by jumping off the boat and tackling him.
Campbell could be seen in the midst of flexing his muscles as his girl quickly took his smile away with her form tackle.
Aside from his antice on the water that his team might be afraid of, Campbell is entering his first NFL training camp and is working to earn a starting job in Aaron Glenn’s defense.

Campbell possesses terrific size at 6-foot-4, 249 pounds.
Campbell recorded 143 tackles as a junior in 2021 and 128 this past season in his senior year. He became the first Hawkeyes player to win the Butkus Award as the nation’s top linebacker this past season.
