The Philadelphia Eagles fan base was ready to party and destroy things after winning the Super Bowl. Thousands of them gathered outside for it, but Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs won the game in the final seconds.
Unfortunately, a bunch of Eagles fans wouldn’t go home and were so loud to the point that one athlete from another sport had to chime in.
The Houston Rockets are in Philadelphia set to play the 76ers, but it was hard to sleep with fans going nuts.
Rockets rookie Jabari Smith Jr. took to his Instagram story and clowned the Eagles fan base.
“Man, can y’all just go to sleep? Y’all folks lost. Y’all out here beating drums and keeping me up, man, I’m tryna sleep. I got Embiid tomorrow and y’all are beating drums. Please just go to sleep man, I know y’all mad, I know. You win some, you lose some, but you live. Making all this noise, God damn.” Said Jabari Smith Jr.
Imagine not getting a goodnight’s sleep and then having to face Joel Embiid the next day. That is brutal.
