The Lions were looking to capitalize on a fumble by the Chiefs’ Mecole Hardman to open the second half of today’s game.
Inches from the goal line, Lions running back Kerryon Johnson appeared to be down. But upon further review, he actually fumbled the ball, and the Chiefs’ Brashaud Breeland picked the ball up and ran past the unsuspecting Lions players for a 99-yard touchdown.
This is more like the Lions we’re used to seeing.
