Not a good way for the Indianapolis Colts to be going into a crucial must-win game against the Las Vegas Raiders…
According to reports, Colts tight end Drew Ogletree was arrested in Hendricks County, Indiana on Friday for domestic violence.
The report from ESPN states that Ogletree was charged with “two level six felonies.” One was for domestic violence committed in the presence of a child under 16 years old, and the other was domestic violence resulting in moderate bodily injury.
He was booked into Hendricks County jail and his mugshot has since been released.
Details from the arrest indicate that police responding to the incident found a woman in her bedroom in pain. She claimed that Ogletree “body slammed” her into the ground during an argument between the two of them. She was eventually transported to a local hospital as a result of her injuries.
The incident took place on Tuesday evening, and Ogletree’s son was said to be present during the altercation. If found guilty, Ogletree could face up to two-and-a-half years in prison.
