The Kansas City Chiefs looked as if their double-digit comeback skills had finally hit a snag as the team looked dead in the water in the fourth quarter of Super Bowl LIV. The team needed a spark and it came in the form Patrick Mahomes hitting wide receiver Tyreek Hill on 3rd and 15 for a 44 yard gain.
The play, called “The Wasp,” is a play bringing all three KC receivers into the middle before the center receiver, Hill, cuts back out toward the sideline.
Tyreek would soon ask if “The Wasp” could be added as a play for gamers on the EA Sports “Madden NFL 20.”
