Cameras caught Tyreek Hill’s brief conversations with Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes ahead of the game between the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.
The teams faced each other in Frankfurt, Germany on the day and it was a special one for the star wide receiver as he faced his former team for the first time since the trade that sent him to sunny Florida last year.
Hill shared a moment with his ex-coach on the sideline during the pregame warmups, hugging it out with Reid and thanking him for everything.
“I just wanted to say thank you for everything, Coach. Love you,” he’s heard saying in the video below.
The Pro Bowl wideout also had some love for his former quarterback, dapping it up with Mahomes and telling him he loves him too.
Hill could not manage a win against his old team and had one of his less-productive games as he made eight catches for 62 yards. The Dolphins suffered their third loss of the season to head back to the United States with a 6-3 record.
