Tony Romo is a very good golfer. There’s no denying that.
The former Dallas Cowboys quarterback is said to have a handicap of plus-1, so he can definitely hold his own with the best of them. But his body has also been through much more than your average golfer, seeing as how he previously spent 13 years getting smoked by 300-pound defensive linemen in the NFL.
So you’d think that even a game like golf would be rather rough on the 42-year-old’s body. And based on some recent footage that’s surfaces on Twitter, that appears to be the case.
Romo is currently taking part in the State Match Play event in Wisconsin, where he’s off to a 3-0 start after winning his latest match by one over Sam Cianciola.
That’s great news for Romo, but it’s anyone’s guess how long he’ll be able to last out there.
Footage surfaced from the event showing the CBS commentator doing some yoga poses on the 14th green, while his opponent was putting to halve the hole.

I’m not sure how Romo’s opponent wasn’t distracted by that hilarious sight. And it was a costly missed putt too, as it put Romo up by one with just four holes remaining.
Apparently Romo’s back was acting up, but it seems like the cat poses are doing the trick for now.
