The Dallas Cowboys seemed to be riding a wave of good play, combined with a stout defense that could shut down the best of the best in the NFL.
They ran into an elite team on Saturday night in LA Coliseum in the Rams and got 30 points dropped on them for the first time all season long. (Not counting Week 17 when most starters were sitting)
Despite the points being put up, the team was still right there with a chance to possibly tie that game, but it wasn’t meant to be and for the 23rd-straight year, the Dallas Cowboys won’t partake in the NFC Championship game.
Hilarious comedian Scooter MaGruder is very good at capturing fan reactions to certain plays during the game, so he provided us with yet another clip of the emotions Cowboys fans were likely going through on Saturday night.
It was a demoralizing loss when you consider that the defense could do nothing to stop RB C.J. Anderson as he barreled over them for 123 yards and two TDs. Not to mention, he wasn’t on the Rams roster until Week 16. Best signing in history.
