The playing surface of Highmark Stadium looks picture-perfect ahead of kickoff for the Buffalo Bills-Pittsburgh Steelers Wild Card Round Game.
And it’s all thanks to the tireless work of Bills Mafia who spent freezing hours clearing out snow to make it possible:
The Bills asked fans over the weekend to come over and help clear out the snow, offering $20 rates and free food. Despite the awful freezing conditions in the winter storm, many Bills fans happily signed up and ensured that Josh Allen and company were provided with a suitable playing surface.
The game was initially scheduled to go at 1:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, but New York State Gov. Kathy Hochul and commissioner Roger Goodell had discussions and decided to move it to 4:30 p.m. EST on Monday.
While Buffalo is looking to reach the Divisional Round for the fourth straight year, Mike Tomlin and the Steelers will try to win the franchise’s first playoff game since 2016.
