On Monday, the New York Jets ushered in a new era for the franchise when they officially introduced Adam Gase to the media and their fan base. Gase didn’t stay out of a job long after the Miami Dolphins fired him following a terrible 2018 season.

The introductory press conference became less about what Gase can bring to the team, and more about why his eyes kept moving crazily around the room. It was weird beyond belief.
