Police made their way to the home of Bengals running back Joe Mixon last night after multiple shots were fired and a juvenile was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The incident occurred at around 8:30pm outside the home of Mixon in the Anderson Township, southeast of downtown Cincinnati. After attempting to get into the home for several hours, police finally showed up with a warrant late into the night and were allowed entry.
They checked the house but no arrests have reportedly been made at the moment.
One juvenile was said to have been injured during the shooting. They were taken to a local hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
A alleged video of the incident has since surfaced on social media. There’s no way of knowing for sure whether this was actually footage taken during the incident, but it was being reported as such. In the video, multiple shots could be heard as the individual recording the footage is in their car.

We should know more about the incident as the police investigation continues.
This is not Mixon’s first run-in with the law this year. In January, prior to the Bengals’ Divisional Round game against the Buffalo Bills, the 26-year-old running back was accused of pointing a gun at a woman and threatening her. However, he denied those allegations and the charges have since been dropped.
