Week seven saw some tough and gritty offensive performances from a few NFL teams, who earned some very important wins, whether at home or on the road.
However, some offenses completely fell apart, as offensive struggles and going up against elite defenses ultimately undid them in the very end during the recent NFL games. There’s still time to right the ship and get things back on track in week eight, but time in the regular season is running out.
Here are the grades for all 32 NFL teams’ offenses after week seven.
Which teams had the best offense in the entire NFL after week 7?
Arizona Cardinals: C+
The Cardinals’ offense started the game slow until the second and fourth quarters of the game and ended up defeating the Los Angeles Chargers 17-15 in walk-off fashion thanks to kicker Chad Ryland kicking the game-winning field goal. Kyler Murray threw a touchdown against an interception and scored a rushing touchdown, James Conner rushed for 103 yards on 19 carries, Trey McBride caught five receptions for 51 yards, and Greg Dortch caught a reception for five yards and scored a touchdown. The Cardinals’ offense has so far shown they are gritty and can pull off impressive upset wins against complex NFL opponents.
Atlanta Falcons: D+
The Falcons’ offense had a slow start, as they fell to the Seattle Seahawks 14-34. Kirk Cousins threw a touchdown against two interceptions, Bijan Robinson rushed for 103 yards on 21 carries and scored a touchdown, Kyle Pitts caught seven receptions for 65 yards, and Drake London caught six receptions for 63 yards and scored a touchdown. Even with the great offensive performances from Robinson and London, turnovers ultimately undermined the Falcons’ offensively in front of their home crowd.

Josh Allen threw two touchdowns against no interceptions, Ray Davis rushed for 41 yards on five carries and scored a touchdown, James Cook rushed for 32 yards on 12 carries and scored a touchdown, and Keon Coleman caught four receptions for 125 yards. Amari Cooper caught four receptions for 66 yards and scored his first touchdown as a Buffalo Bill, and Ty Johnson caught a reception for four yards and scored a touchdown. As soon as the second half began, the Bills stepped on the gas pedal and didn’t look back as they dominated the Titans decisively.
Carolina Panthers: F
The Panthers’ offense was a mess as they were smacked 7-40 against the Washington Commanders. Andy Dalton threw two interceptions against no touchdowns, Chubba Hubbard rushed for 52 yards on 17 carries and scored the team’s only touchdown, Ja’Tavion Sanders caught six receptions for 61 yards, and Dionte Johnson caught a reception for 17 yards. A rough afternoon, the Panthers would like to forget about, as the team is dealing with injuries and needs to hit the reset button immediately after the 2024 season concludes.
Chicago Bears: Bye Week
The Bears’ offense started the season slowly and ultimately found their winning formula with Caleb Williams and D’Andre Swift on the rise, even though the team’s offensive line has had some issues this NFL season.
Cincinnati Bengals: A-

Cleveland Browns: D
The Browns’ offense had a painful afternoon, as they were defeated by their in-state NFL divisional rivals, the Cincinnati Bengals 14-21. Deshaun Watson threw no touchdowns or interceptions but left the game with an Achilles injury. Dorian Thompson-Robinson threw two interceptions against no touchdowns, and Jameis Winston threw a touchdown pass to David Njoku. Nick Chubb rushed for 22 yards on 11 carries and scored a rushing touchdown, Njoku caught 10 receptions for 76 yards and scored a touchdown, and Cedric Tillman caught eight receptions for 81 yards. A rough afternoon for the Browns. They have to regroup quickly, as the Baltimore Ravens are coming to town in week eight.
Dallas Cowboys: Bye Week
The Cowboys’ offense was a complete mess in week six, and they need to be prepared for an intense Sunday night battle against the San Francisco 49ers on the road.
Denver Broncos: B-
The Broncos’ offense had a decent night in the Big Easy, as they defeated the struggling New Orleans Saints 33-10. Bo Nix threw no touchdowns or interceptions on the night. Nix had a tough start to the game, yet made some great throws and ran the ball well. Javonte Williams rushed for 88 yards on 14 carries and scored two rushing touchdowns, and Troy Franklin caught five receptions for 50 yards. Besides Williams scoring two touchdowns, the Broncos had Wil Lutz kick four field goals against the team that signed him as an undrafted free agent back in 2016.
Detroit Lions: A-
The Lions’ offense had an incredible afternoon as they defeated the Minnesota Vikings 31-29 on the road in enemy territory. Jared Goff threw two touchdowns against no interceptions, Jahmyr Gibbs rushed for 116 yards on 15 carries and scored two touchdowns, Amon-Ra St. Brown caught eight receptions for 112 yards and scored a touchdown, and Kalif Raymond caught three receptions for 39 yards and scored a touchdown. The Lions’ offense looked strong as they put on an incredible show against their NFC North rivals and reclaimed the division crown, for now.
Green Bay Packers: B-
The Packers’ offense had a tough but very close 24-22 win over the Houston Texans. Jordan Love threw three touchdowns against two interceptions. Josh Jacobs rushed for 76 yards on 12 carries, caught five receptions for 16 yards, and scored a touchdown; Dontayvion Wicks caught three receptions for 48 yards and scored a touchdown; Tucker Kraft caught three receptions for 33 yards and scored a touchdown, and Romeo Doubs caught eight receptions for 94 yards. A good afternoon for the Packers as they made things competitive against the Texans. The game ended in the Packers’ favor, thanks to Brandon McManus kicking the game-winning field goal with seconds remaining in the game.
Houston Texans: C-
The Texans’ offense had a tough afternoon on the road, as they fell 22-24 to the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. C.J. Stroud threw no touchdowns or interceptions, Joe Mixon rushed for 115 yards on 25 carries and scored two rushing touchdowns, and Dalton Schultz caught a reception for 28 yards. The Texans’ passing attack had a rough afternoon, as they were held to a combined 86 yards all day against the Packers’ defense. The team returns home for a week eight divisional showdown against the Indianapolis Colts.
Indianapolis Colts: C
The Colts’ offense had a very tough afternoon against the Miami Dolphins, even though they earned the 16-10 win in the end. Anthony Richardson threw no touchdowns or interceptions and led the team with 56 rushing yards, Tyler Goodson had 51 rushing yards on 14 carries and scored a rushing touchdown, and Michael Pittman Jr. caught three receptions for 63 yards. A tough afternoon for the Colts’ offense as they missed Jonathan Taylor, who was out with a right high ankle sprain, and watched their passing attack struggle, even though they earned the win in their NFL contest.
Jacksonville Jaguars: B+
The Jaguars’ offense came alive and defeated the New England Patriots 32-16 across the pond in London. Trevor Lawrence threw a touchdown pass against no interceptions, Tank Bigsby rushed for 118 yards on 26 carries and scored two rushing touchdowns, and Brian Thomas Jr. caught five receptions for 89 yards and scored a touchdown. A great afternoon for the Jaguars’ offense, who finished their two weeks in London on a positive note.
Kansas City Chiefs: C
The Chiefs’ offense had a decent afternoon despite the passing attack struggling in their 28-12 win over the San Francisco 49ers. Patrick Mahomes threw two interceptions and scored a rushing touchdown, Kareem Hunt rushed for 78 yards on 22 carries and scored two rushing touchdowns, Noah Gray caught four receptions for 66 yards, Travis Kelce struggled and caught four receptions for 17 yards, and Xavier Worthy caught three receptions for 19 yards. The rushing attack continues to be the Chiefs’ strength on offense, while the passing attack continues to be a disaster.
Las Vegas Raiders: D
The Raiders’ offense had a rough afternoon as they lost to the Los Angeles Rams 15-20. Gardner Minshew threw three interceptions and lost a fumble after Aiden O’Connell left the game with a broken thumb, Alexander Mattison rushed for 92 yards on 23 carries, and Brock Bowers caught 10 receptions for 93 yards. Even though Bowers and Mattison shined in the Raiders’ offense, Minshew’s struggles are hard to ignore, and the only points the Raiders got on the board were from kicker Daniel Carlson, who kicked five field goals. The Raiders will have their work cut out for them as they get prepared for their week eight matchup when the Kansas City Chiefs come to town.
Los Angeles Chargers: D+
The Chargers’ offense had a sluggish night in the desert as they ended up losing 15-17 against the Arizona Cardinals in last-second fashion. Justin Herbert threw no touchdowns or interceptions, J.K. Dobbins rushed for 40 yards on 14 carries, and Will Dissly caught eight receptions for 81 yards. A tough night for the Bolts’ offense as they failed to score any touchdowns even though Cameron Dicker made five field goals to keep them in the game.
Los Angeles Rams: C-
The Rams’ offense had a somewhat tough afternoon, even as they won 20-15 against the woeful Las Vegas Raiders, who kept shooting themselves in the foot. Matthew Stafford threw an interception against no touchdowns, Kyren Williams carried the offense as he rushed for 76 yards on 21 carries and scored two touchdowns, and Tyler Johnson caught four receptions for 57 yards. Even with Williams scoring two rushing touchdowns, the Rams had trouble converting on third down as they were two for 10 on third down conversions. The Rams’ offense needs to regroup quickly as they get prepared for week eight when they welcome the Minnesota Vikings to town.
Miami Dolphins: D+
The Dolphins’ offense had a very tough afternoon as they fell to the Indianapolis Colts 10-16. Tyler Huntley threw a touchdown pass against no interceptions but left the game with a shoulder injury, De’Von Achane rushed for 77 yards on 15 carries, Jonnu Smith caught seven receptions for 96 yards and scored a touchdown, and Jaylen Waddle caught a reception for 11 yards. Smith looked good, but the Dolphins’ offense had too many missed opportunities, as fumbles in the second half hurt them, while the rest of the offense had no explosive firepower.
Minnesota Vikings: B
The Vikings’ offense put up a strong fight against the Detroit Lions in a very tough Sunday afternoon thriller but came up short in a 29-31 loss. Sam Darnold threw a touchdown pass to Justin Jefferson against an interception, Aaron Jones rushed for 93 yards on 14 carries and scored a touchdown, and Jefferson caught seven receptions for 81 yards and scored a touchdown. A strong day for the Vikings’ offense, even though they couldn’t get the job done in the very end.
New England Patriots: D+
Despite another good performance from Drake Maye, the Patriots dropped another game and lost 16-32 in London against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Maye threw two touchdowns against no interceptions, the Patriots’ rushing attack was held to a combined 38 yards, Hunter Henry caught eight receptions for 92 yards, JaMycal caught five receptions for 49 yards and scored a touchdown, and K.J. Osborn caught two receptions for 26 yards and scored a touchdown. The Patriots’ offense needs to improve their ground attack if they want to earn more wins in the 2024 season moving forward.
New Orleans Saints: D-
The Saints offense looked like a complete disaster in their 10-33 meltdown at home, in front of Drew Brees, who was getting honored by the team no less. Spencer Rattler threw no touchdowns or interceptions while Jake Haener threw a touchdown pass, Alvin Kamara rushed for 10 yards on seven carries, and Cedrick Wilson Jr. scored the team’s only touchdown on the night. A very embarrassing night for the Saints. They have a lot to fix before their week eight matchup on the road against the Los Angeles Chargers.
New York Giants: F
The Giants’ offense completely fell flat in their 3-28 humiliating loss at home against the Philadelphia Eagles. Daniel Jones threw no touchdowns or interceptions and was sacked seven times, Tyrone Tracy Jr. rushed for 23 yards on six carries, and Malik Nabers caught four receptions for 41 yards. A very painful day for the Giants’ offense as they also watched their former running back, Saquon Barkley, rush for 176 yards and score two rushing touchdowns against them.
New York Jets: D+
The Jets’ offense had a decent first half, but everything unraveled as the Jets lost 15-37 against the Pittsburgh Steelers under the lights of Sunday Night Football. Aaron Rodgers threw a touchdown against two interceptions, Breece Hall rushed for 38 yards on 12 carries, scored a rushing touchdown, and caught six receptions for 103 yards, newly acquired Davante Adams caught three receptions for 30 yards, and Tyler Conklin caught four receptions for seven yards and scored a touchdown. A brutal Sunday night for the Jets as they regrouped and got prepared for their week eight AFC East showdown on the road against the New England Patriots.
Philadelphia Eagles: A-
The Eagles’ offense went off in their 28-3 beatdown victory over the New York Giants. Jalen Hurts threw a touchdown pass to A.J. Brown with no interceptions and scored two rushing touchdowns. Saquon Barkley rushed for 176 yards on 17 carries and scored a rushing touchdown against his former team, and Brown caught five receptions for 89 yards and scored a touchdown. A great afternoon for the Eagles’ offense, as they looked very fierce. They have more work ahead of them when they travel to Cincinnati and square off against the Cincinnati Bengals in week eight.
Pittsburgh Steelers: B+
The Steelers’ offense had a magnificent night as they dominated the New York Jets 37-15. Russell Wilson threw two touchdowns against no interceptions, scored a rushing touchdown, and looked like he was leading the Seattle Seahawks to Super Bowls 48 and 49 again. Najee Harris rushed for 102 yards on 21 carries and scored a touchdown, George Pickens caught five receptions for 111 yards and scored a touchdown, and Van Jefferson caught two receptions for 15 yards and scored a touchdown. A strong night for the Steelers’ offense, as they looked incredibly sharp and ready to march their way back to the NFL playoffs if they continue playing games like that.
San Francisco 49ers: D+
The 49ers’ offense had a rough afternoon, as they lost their Super Bowl 58 team rematch 12-28 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Brock Purdy threw three interceptions and scored two rushing touchdowns, Jordan Mason rushed for 58 yards on 14 carries, George Kittle caught six receptions for 92 yards, and Brandon Aiyuk caught two receptions for 23 yards but left the game with an ACL injury which sadly ended his season. The 49ers offense looked terrible, as Purdy missed a couple of good opportunities to score points. The 49ers’ offense needs to rebound and get prepared for their week eight showdown on Sunday Night Football when they welcome the Dallas Cowboys to town.
Seattle Seahawks: B+
The Seahawks’ offense had a great rebound game, as they dominated the Atlanta Falcons 34-14 on the road. Geno Smith threw two touchdowns against no interceptions, Kenneth Walker III rushed for 69 yards on 14 carries, scored a rushing touchdown, caught two receptions for 24 yards, and scored a receiving touchdown, all on his birthday, and DK Metcalf caught four receptions for 99 yards and scored a touchdown even though he had a knee injury late in the third quarter. A great afternoon for the Seahawks’ offense as they return to the win column with a dominating win.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: B-
The Buccaneers’ offense struck first in their Monday night clash against the Baltimore Ravens but fell short and lost 31-41, even though they attempted a comeback. Baker Mayfield threw three touchdowns against two interceptions, Rachaad white rushed for 40 yards on 10 carries, caught six receptions for 71 yards, and scored two touchdowns. Mike Evans caught a reception for 25 yards and scored a touchdown on the opening drive but left the game with a hamstring injury. Cade Otton had eight receptions for 100 yards, and Christ Godwin had seven receptions for 65 yards but left the game with a gruesome ankle injury. With Godwin and Evans both out with injuries, the Bucs’ receiver core is going to have to step up as their fallen teammates recover.
Tennessee Titans: D
The Titans’ offense started the game well, as they led the Buffalo Bills 10-7 at halftime, but let that lead slip away and lost the game 10-34. Mason Rudolph threw a touchdown pass against an interception, Tony Pollard rushed for 61 yards on 16 carries, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine caught two receptions for 10 yards and scored a touchdown, and Chig Okonkwo caught four receptions for 50 yards. Despite Westbrook-Ikhine scoring a touchdown and Pollard having a good day on the ground, Calvin Ridley could’ve had a better game. DeAndre Hopkin had a rough afternoon, as well, in the passing attack, and Rudolph struggled intermittently during the game.
Washington Commanders: A-
Even with Jayden Daniels leaving the game with a rib injury, Marcus Mariota and the Commanders’ offense demolished the Carolina Panthers 40-7. Mariota threw two touchdowns against no interceptions, Brian Robinson Jr. rushed for 71 yards on 12 carries and scored a rushing touchdown, Terry McLaurin caught six receptions for 98 yards, Zach Ertz caught four receptions for 40 yards and scored a touchdown, and Ben Sinnot caught two receptions for six yards and scored a touchdown. A strong afternoon for the Commanders’ offense as they dominated the Panthers, who continued imploding this NFL season. The Commanders continue their home stand as they welcome the Chicago Bears to their stadium for week eight.
