It’s not uncommon for teams in the NFL to experience fluctuations in performance, especially as they approach the end of the regular season and the playoff picture becomes clearer. nSome teams manage to build on their offensive successes, showcasing consistency and resilience, while others may struggle and face challenges that impact their playoff positioning.
The pursuit of home-field advantage is crucial in the NFL playoffs, as playing in front of a home crowd can provide teams with a significant advantage. It often means a more comfortable environment, less travel, and the familiarity of playing on their home turf.
The competitive nature of the NFL ensures that nothing is guaranteed, and teams must continually perform at a high level to secure their playoff spots or improve their postseason positioning. Late-season games can be particularly intense as teams fight for their playoff lives or strive to enhance their standing in the postseason race.
Here are the grades for all 32 NFL Team offenses after week 15 games:
Arizona Cardinals: D+ (Last week Bye Week)
Despite losing 29-45 to the San Francisco 49ers, the Cardinals offense did show some fight in the game. Kyler Murray threw a touchdown against an interception but was sacked three times. James Conner rushed for 86 yards on 14 carries and scored a rushing touchdown while Emari Demercado rushed for 64 yards on four carries and scored a rushing touchdown. Trey McBride caught 10 receptions for 102 yards while Elijah Higgins caught four receptions for 44 yards and scored a touchdown. It wasn’t the best performance for the Red Birds but they have a lot of improvements to make if they want to be competitive in the 2024 regular season.
Atlanta Falcons: D- (Last week C-)

The Falcons’ offense had a rough go-around in their week 15 7-9 road loss to the Carolina Panthers. Desmond Ridder threw a touchdown against an interception and lost a fumble while Tyler Allgeier rushed for 45 yards on 14 carries and Bijan Robinson rushed for 11 yards on seven carries. Jonnu Smith caught two receptions for 61 yards and Cordarrelle Patterson caught a reception for two yards and scored the only touchdown in the entire game. A painful loss that the Falcons would love to forget about, as they try to salvage what’s left of their season with only three weeks remaining.
Baltimore Ravens: B- (Last week B)
The Ravens’ offense entered Duval County and defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 23-7 with ease. Lamar Jackson threw a touchdown pass against an interception and rushed for 97 yards on 12 carries on the night. Keaton Mitchell rushed for 73 yards on nine carries but suffered an ACL injury and will miss the rest of the season while Gus Edwards rushed for 58 yards on nine carries and scored a touchdown. Isaiah Likely caught five receptions for 70 yards and scored a touchdown while Rashod Bateman caught three receptions for 39 yards on the night. The Ravens’ offense relied more on their running attack, which isn’t a bad thing, but need to step it up in the passing game when the playoffs begin.
Buffalo Bills: B (Last week B-)
The Bills offense had a good performance at home as they stunned the Dallas Cowboys 31-10. Josh Allen threw a touchdown pass against zero interceptions and scored a rushing touchdown. James Cook rushed for 179 yards on 25 carries and scored a rushing touchdown while he also caught two receptions for 42 yards and scored a receiving touchdown. Latavius Murray rushed for 11 yards on five carries and scored a rushing touchdown as the Bills brought the hammer down on the Cowboys as they kept their playoff ambitions alive and have their eyes set on stealing a wildcard spot and potentially making a strong run in the playoffs.
Carolina Panthers: C- (Last week F)
The Panthers’ offense didn’t play their best football but they got the 9-7 win at the very end of the afternoon against the Atlanta Falcons which is all that matters for a struggling franchise. Byrce Young threw no touchdowns or interceptions but was sacked three times. Chubba Hubbard rushed for 87 yards on 22 carries and Adam Thielen caught four receptions for 43 yards on the day. The game came down to Eddy Pinerio kicking the game-winning field goal which sealed the deal for Carolina, in the very end. That got them a very satisfying win, despite their struggles all season long.
Chicago Bears: D (Last week B)
The Bears’ offense was a bit messy but managed to put up a fight despite losing a close 17-20 game against the Cleveland Browns. Justin Fields threw one touchdown against two interceptions but was sacked three times. Roschon Johnson rushed for 36 yards on five carries on the afternoon. DJ Moore caught four receptions for 52 yards while Cole Kmet caught five receptions for 23 yards and scored a touchdown. Not the best offensive showcasing for the Bears, as their running game couldn’t get into the end-zone all game, but they did attempt to win via Hail Mary, which ultimately backfired, in the end.
Cincinnati Bengals: B+ (Last week B)
The Bengals’ offense played very well in a tight and nail-biting 27-24 overtime victory over the Minnesota Vikings. Jake Browning threw two touchdowns against one interception. Joe Mixon rushed for 47 yards on 10 carries and scored a touchdown while Tee Higgins caught four receptions for 61 yards and scored two touchdowns. Ja’Marr Chase caught four receptions for 64 yards on the day and Evan McPherson kicked the game-winning field goal. The Bengals played very well, as Joe Burrow recovers from his wrist surgery and do everything they can to possibly steal a spot in the upcoming playoffs.
Cleveland Browns: C+ (Last week B)
The Browns’ offense had a good but very close game against the Chicago Bears in a 20-17 victory in favor of the Browns. Joe Flacco threw two touchdowns against three interceptions in the afternoon. Jerome Ford led the Browns in rushing as he rushed for 20 yards on eight carries. Amari Cooper caught four receptions for 109 yards and scored a touchdown and David Njoku caught 10 receptions for 104 yards and scored a touchdown. The Browns rushing attack wasn’t at their best either, but the receiving side of things made up for it, as they got the win over Chicago and kept hold of their wildcard spot- for now.
Dallas Cowboys: D (Last week A-)
The Cowboys’ offense was mostly shut down in their week 15 10-31 loss to the Buffalo Bills on the road. Dak Prescott threw an interception against no touchdowns. Tony Pollard rushed for 52 yards on 11 carries while CeeDee Lamb caught seven receptions for 53 yards and scored a rushing touchdown on a carry for three yards. The Cowboys may have first place in the NFC East, for now, with the Philadelphia Eagles losing. That said, they need to win out and/ or have the Eagles lose a game or two, if they want to win the NFC East crown.
Denver Broncos: D (Last week B)
The Broncos’ offense took a steep fall back down to earth as they fell on the road to the Detroit Lions 17-42. Russell Wilson threw a touchdown pass against zero interceptions and scored a rushing touchdown while Samaje Perine rushed for 37 yards on six carries and Javonte Williams rushed for 27 yards on 13 carries. Jerry Jeudy caught three receptions for 74 yards, Cortland Sutton caught five receptions for 71 yards, and Lil’Jordan Humphrey caught three receptions for 16 yards and scored a touchdown. The Broncos’ offense took a tough stumble but still has some time left to turn things around before time runs out in the 2023 season.
Detroit Lions: A- (Last week D)
The Lions’ offense had a strong showing in their 42-17 beatdown victory over the Denver Broncos. Jared Goff threw five touchdowns against zero interceptions. Jahmyr Gibbs rushed for 100 yards on 11 carries, caught two receptions for eight yards, and scored a receiving touchdown. Amon-Ra St. Brown caught seven receptions for 112 yards and scored a touchdown, and Sam LaPorta caught five receptions for 56 yards and scored three touchdowns. With this victory, the Lions’ offense continues their hunt for the NFC North crown, as well as securing a spot in the upcoming playoffs.
Green Bay Packers: C- (Last week C-)
The Packers’ offense did everything they could to stop the Tampa Bay Buccaneers but fell to the Bucs 20-34 on Sunday afternoon. Jordan Love threw two touchdowns against zero interceptions but was sacked twice. Aaron Jones rushed for 53 yards on 13 carries on the afternoon. Tucker Kraft caught four receptions for 57 yards and scored a touchdown in the first quarter and Jayden Reed caught six receptions for 52 yards and scored a touchdown in the third quarter while Dontayvion Wicks caught six receptions for 97 yards. The Packers statistically played well on offense, but the Buccaneers scored more touchdowns at the very end of the day.
Houston Texans: C+ (Last week D-)
The Texans’ offense played fair without C.J. Stroud as he recovered from his concussion. Case Keenum threw a touchdown against an interception. Devin Singletary rushed for 121 yards on 26 carries, Noah Brown caught eight receptions for 82 yards and scored a touchdown, and Dalton Schultz caught four receptions for 58 yards. It wasn’t the worst performance by the Texans’ offense, as they got the overtime win against the Titans in their 19-16 victory thanks to Ka’imi Fairbairn’s game-winning field goal- with seconds remaining on the clock.
Indianapolis Colts: B- (Last week D)
The Colts’ offense played very well in their 30-13 victory over the struggling Pittsburgh Steelers at home. Gardner Minshew threw three touchdowns against zero interceptions. Trey Sermon rushed for 88 yards on 17 carries while Zack Moss rushed for 13 yards on four carries as well as caught three receptions for 20 yards and scored a touchdown. D.J. Montgomery caught two receptions for 48 yards and scored a touchdown and Mo Alie-Cox caught two receptions for 21 yards and scored a touchdown while Michael Pittman Jr. caught four receptions for 78 yards but left the game after taking a bruising hit from Damontae Kazee. It was a good day for the Colts, as they did everything they could to secure a playoff spot- as a wildcard team.
Jacksonville Jaguars: D+ (Last week C-)
The Jaguars’ offense played fair statistically but couldn’t find the end-zone for a majority of the night in their 7-23 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Trevor Lawrence threw a touchdown against an interception and led the Jaguars with 41 rushing yards on four carries. Jamal Agnew caught two receptions for 70 yards and scored the Jaguars’ only touchdown on the night while Calvin Ridley caught five receptions for 39 yards. The Jaguars’ offense also ran into an incredibly strong brick wall in the Ravens’ defense in their loss, and are barely in first place as the Indianapolis Colts look to surpass them for first place, in the coming weeks, if they keep losing games.
Kansas City Chiefs: C+ (Last week C)
The Chiefs’ offense isn’t as explosive as it was when they won the Super Bowl a year ago, but they did snap their two-game losing skid and get a 27-17 win over the struggling New England Patriots. Patrick Mahomes threw two touchdowns against two interceptions while the Chiefs’ rushing attack was held to 43 rushing yards in the afternoon. Rashee Rice caught nine receptions for 91 yards and scored a touchdown from Jerick McKinnon via trick play. McKinnon did catch three receptions for 19 yards and scored a touchdown and Clyde Edwards-Helaire caught four receptions for 64 yards and scored a touchdown while Travis Kelce caught five receptions for 28 yards. The Chiefs’ wide receivers and tight ends outside of Kelce have struggled and cost the Chiefs games but helped Mahomes and company get the win on the road- which is all that matters.
Las Vegas Raiders: A- (Last week D-)
The Raiders’ offense entered Thursday Night Football and dropped the hammer and then some against the Los Angeles Chargers in a 63-21 victory. Aidan O’Connell threw four touchdowns against zero interceptions on the night while Zamir White and Brandon Bolden both scored rushing touchdowns. Jakobi Meyers caught two receptions for 32 yards, scored a touchdown, and threw a touchdown pass to Davante Adams. Tre Tucker and Michael Mayer scored three combined receiving touchdowns in the beatdown victory. It was an outstanding offensive showing for the Raiders, as they made quick work of the Chargers.
Los Angeles Chargers: F (Last week D-)
The Chargers’ offense lost their spark in their 21-63 lopsided loss in Sin City to the Las Vegas Raiders. Easton Stick played a decent game with three touchdown passes against one interception but the Chargers lost four fumbles on the night. Austin Ekeler rushed for nine yards on five carries while Isaiah Spiller rushed for 50 yards on 16 carries. Joshua Palmer caught four receptions for 113 yards and caught a touchdown, Quentin Johnston caught two receptions for 23 yards and scored a touchdown, and Alex Erickson caught one reception for 13 yards and scored a touchdown. The Chargers’ offense may have scored 21 points but they were completely shut out in the first half of the game, and fired head coach Brandon Staley and general manager Tom Telesco after the game.
Los Angeles Rams: B- (Last week C+)
The LA Rams’ offense had a good 28-20 victory against a scrappy Washington Commanders team looking to play spoiler for any team in the hunt for a playoff spot. Matthew Stafford threw two touchdowns against zero interceptions but was sacked three times. Kyren Williams rushed for 152 yards on 27 carries and scored a rushing touchdown but lost two fumbles. Cooper Kupp caught eight receptions for 111 yards and scored a touchdown and Demarcus Robinson caught two receptions for 44 yards and scored a touchdown while Puka Nacua caught five receptions for 50 yards. A good showing for the Rams’ offense, as they still have some fight left in them for their hunt for a wildcard playoff spot.
Miami Dolphins: A- (Last week D+)
The Dolphins’ offense rebounded at home against the woeful New York Jets and shut them out 30-0. Tua Tagovailoa threw a touchdown against zero interceptions but was sacked three times. Raheem Mostert rushed for 42 yards on 15 carries and scored two touchdowns while Jaylen Waddle caught eight receptions for 142 yards and scored a touchdown. It was a very strong showcase for the Dolphins’ high-powered offense, as they look to dominate their opponents for the remainder of the regular season, and potentially in the playoffs.
Minnesota Vikings: C (Last week D+)
The Vikings’ offense played well but came up short in a tight 24-27 overtime loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Nick Mullens threw two touchdowns against two interceptions while Ty Chandler rushed for 132 yards on 23 carries and scored a touchdown. Jordan Addison caught six receptions for 111 yards and scored two touchdowns, Justin Jefferson caught seven receptions for 84 yards, and T.J. Hockenson caught six receptions for 63 yards. Apart from strong performances from Addison, Jefferson, and Chandler, the Vikings came up short in the overtime period when Evan McPherson kicked the game-winning kick for Cincinnati, sealing the deal for Minnesota in the end.
New England Patriots: D (Last week C+)
The Patriots’ offense did have some sparks going in their week 15 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs, but ultimately lost 17-27. Bailey Zappe threw a touchdown against an interception in the afternoon. Kevin Harris rushed for 25 yards on four carries and scored a rushing touchdown. Hunter Henry caught seven receptions for 66 yards and scored a touchdown while DeVante Parker caught five receptions for 44 yards. It was another tough and painful loss for the Patriots, as they look to finish the regular season on a positive note, with only three games left on the schedule.
New Orleans Saints: B (Last week B)
The Saints’ offense had a good afternoon as they defeated the New York Giants 24-6. Derek Carr threw three touchdowns against zero interceptions but was sacked once. Alvin Kamara rushed for 66 yards on 16 carries and caught five receptions for 44 yards. Juwan Johnson caught two receptions for 38 yards and scored a touchdown, Jimmy Graham caught two receptions for nine yards and scored a touchdown, and Kieth Kirkwood caught one reception for seven yards and scored a touchdown. It was a very strong showcase for the Saints’ offense as they continued competing for the NFC South title against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as well as a possible playoff spot.
New York Giants: D- (Last week B+)
The Giants’ offense left their firepower at home as they fell to the New Orleans Saints 6-24 in the Big Easy. Tommy DeVito did not throw any touchdowns or interceptions but led the Giants in rushing yards with 36 yards on four carries while Saquon Barkley rushed for 14 yards on nine carries. Darius Slayton caught four receptions for 63 yards and Darren Waller caught four receptions for 40 yards. Randy Bullock and Jamie Gillan both kicked field goals but Bullock suffered a hamstring injury which is going to hurt the Giants moving forward. It was a very tough and painful afternoon for the G-Men. They need to forget about this loss and move forward with their final three games of the season, to finish the season on a positive note.
New York Jets: F (Last week B)
The Jets’ offense struggled on the road in South Beach and was shut out by the Miami Dolphins in a 0-30 loss. Zach Wilson left the game with a concussion while Trevor Siemian threw two interceptions. Breece Hall rushed for 12 yards on six carries, Xavier Gipson caught two receptions for 29 yards, and Garrett Wilson caught three receptions for 29 yards. It was a brutal Sunday afternoon for Gang Green as they suffered a humiliating lose, which also marked their elimination from playoff contention.
Philadelphia Eagles: D+ (Last week C-)
The Eagles’ offense took another hit on the road as they lost their third straight game 17-20 against the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football. Jalen Hurts threw two interceptions against zero touchdown passes but Hurts did lead the Eagles in rushing yards and scored two rushing touchdowns. D’Andre Swift rushed for 74 yards on 18 carries, A.J. Brown caught five receptions for 56 yards, and DeVonta Smith caught five receptions for 50 yards. It was a decent night for the Eagles’ offense with Hurts playing his heart out, but, he couldn’t get the job done thanks to throwing the game-ending interception which gave the Seahawks the win.
Pittsburgh Steelers: D (Last week D)
The Steelers’ offense took another hit as they fell on the road to the Indianapolis Colts 13-30. Mitch Trubisky threw one touchdown against two interceptions and scored a rushing touchdown. Jaylen Warren rushed for 40 yards on 10 carries and Najee Harris rushed for 33 yards on 12 carries but lost a fumble. Dionte Johnson caught four receptions for 62 yards and scored a touchdown while George Pickens caught three receptions for 47 yards and scored a touchdown. It was a rough afternoon for the Steelers, with their playoff hopes hanging by a thread.
San Francisco 49ers: A (Last week A-)
The 49ers’ offense continued their domination as they defeated the Arizona Cardinals 45-29. Brock Purdy threw four touchdowns against zero interceptions and wasn’t sacked at all. Christian McCaffrey had an amazing performance as he rushed for 115 yards on 18 carries and scored a rushing touchdown and also caught five receptions for 72 yards and scored two receiving touchdowns. Deebo Samuel caught four receptions for 48 yards and scored two receiving touchdowns while George Kittle caught two receptions for 54 yards. Another outstanding performance by the 49ers as they secured the NFC West crown and have their sights set on securing the one-seed to the NFC playoffs next.
Seattle Seahawks: C+ (Last week C-)
The Seahawks’ offense had a very good night as they stunned the Philadelphia Eagles 20-17. Drew Lock threw a touchdown pass against no interceptions on the night. Kenneth Walker III rushed for 86 yards on 19 carries and scored a rushing touchdown. DK Metcalf caught five receptions for 78 yards while Jaxon Smith-Njigba caught four receptions for 48 yards and scored a touchdown. The Seahawks’ offense also kept their playoff hopes alive and well, with their statement win over the Eagles. They look to possibly win out and make a run in the playoffs, if everything goes their way, for a playoff run.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: B- (Last week B)
The Buccaneers’ offense played well in their 34-20 victory on the road against the Green Bay Packers. Baker Mayfield threw four touchdowns against zero interceptions but was sacked five times. Rachaad White rushed for 89 yards on 21 yards and caught two receptions for 50 yards and scored a touchdown. David Moore caught two receptions for 68 yards and scored a touchdown, Mike Evans caught four receptions for 57 yards and scored a touchdown, and Ko Kieft caught one reception for two yards and scored a touchdown while Chris Godwin caught 10 receptions for 155 yards in the afternoon. It was a very good and productive day for the Bucs, as they still have first place in the wide-open NFC South for now.
Tennessee Titans: D- (Last week B)
The Titans’ offense struggled statistically but managed to get to overtime before losing to the Houston Texans 16-19. Will Levis threw an interception against no touchdown passes but managed to score a rushing touchdown. Derrick Henry rushed for nine yards on 16 carries while Tyjae Spears rushed for 30 yards on nine carries. DeAndre Hopkins caught two receptions for 21 yards while Treylon Burks caught three receptions for 62 yards. The Titans’ offense had two of their best playmakers in Henry and Hopkins be nonexistent as they apparently let others carry the workload for the team despite falling in overtime.
Washington Commanders: C- (Last week Bye Week)
The Commanders’ offense played poorly in the first half before the team attempted a failed comeback in the second half despite losing 20-28. Sam Howell threw a touchdown against an interception before getting benched for Jacoby Brissett who threw two touchdowns against zero interceptions. Chris Rodriguez Jr. rushed for 35 yards on 10 carries, Terry McLaurin caught six receptions for 141 yards and scored a touchdown, and Curtis Samuel caught five receptions for 41 yards and scored two touchdowns in the afternoon. Despite the comeback attempt, it wasn’t enough, as the Commanders were knocked out of playoff contention and will have to finish the season on a positive note or lose out if they want to earn a high draft pick.
