We saw some explosive offenses take off during week 12 and as a result, we’re starting to know which offenses are a true Super Bowl contender moving forward as we enter the “Witching Hour” of the regular season with six weeks remaining.
Let’s Talk Turkey- Here are the grades for all 32 NFL Team offenses after week 12 games:
Arizona Cardinals: D (Last week C-)
The Cardinals’ offense is still going through some struggles- even with Kyler Murray back in the lineup. Murray threw one touchdown against no interceptions and scored a rushing touchdown but was sacked four times. James Conner rushed for 27 yards on six carries on the afternoon while Marquise “Hollywood” Brown caught six receptions for 88 yards, and Greg Dortch caught three receptions for 27 yards and scored a touchdown. It was a tough day for the Cardinals’ offense as they didn’t score any points during the second and third quarters of the game and couldn’t get their rushing game going, all game long. Something needs to change for the 2024 season if the Cardinals want to be relevant again.
Atlanta Falcons: C- (Last week Bye Week)
The Falcons’ offense made some good plays and scored some good points against their NFC South foe, the New Orleans Saints, but did have some struggles and some of their reliable playmakers didn’t get into the end-zone. Desmond Ridder threw one touchdown pass against two interceptions while Bijan Robinson carried the Falcons’ offense with 91 rushing yards on 16 carries and scored a rushing touchdown as well as caught three receptions for 32 yards and scored a receiving touchdown. Drake London caught five receptions for 91 yards but Kyle Pitts caught two receptions for 22 yards all game. Desmond Ridder needs to step up, despite the win, and get Pitts more involved on offense.
Baltimore Ravens: B+ (Last week B+)

The Ravens’ offense had themselves a night in the City of Angels as they defeated the Los Angeles Chargers 20-10. Lamar Jackson threw a touchdown and no interceptions despite getting sacked twice. Keaton Mitchell had a great day on the ground as he rushed for 64 yards on nine carries while Zay Flowers shined as he caught five receptions for 25 yards and scored a touchdown in the first half and rushed for 37 yards on a carry in the second half and scored a rushing touchdown. Isaiah Likely led the Ravens in receiving yards with 40 receptions on the night. The Ravens keep the good times rolling as they continue moving forward into their week 13 bye week.
Buffalo Bills: B- (Last week B)
The Bills’ offense played a very tough and intense battle against the Philadelphia Eagles but fell short in their 34-37 overtime loss in week 12. Josh Allen threw two touchdowns against one interception and was the team’s leading rusher with 81 rushing yards on nine carries and scored two rushing touchdowns. Gabe Davis caught six receptions for 105 yards and scored a touchdown and almost caught the game-winning touchdown in overtime but the Bills had to settle for a field goal, and Stefon Diggs caught six receptions for 74 yards and scored a touchdown. It was an impressive showcase from both the Bills and Eagles but Allen’s incomplete pass to Davis in overtime was the nail in the coffin for the Bills as the Eagles took advantage and won the battle over Buffalo.
Carolina Panthers: D (Last week F)
The Panthers’ offense played somewhat better than they did in week 11 but couldn’t get the win over the Tennessee Titans. Bryce Young threw no touchdowns or interceptions but was sacked four times. Chuba Hubbard rushed for 45 yards on 14 carries and scored the Panthers’ only touchdown on the afternoon. Jonathan Mingo caught four receptions for 60 yards and Hubbard caught five receptions for 47 yards. The Panthers need to make some drastic changes to their offense for 2024 if they want to be relevant again. In the meantime, they need to put this loss behind them and salvage what they have left, if they want to earn more wins this season.
Chicago Bears: C (Last week’s C-)
The Bears’ offense did not score any touchdowns nor win with any touchdowns since 1993 but a win is a win nonetheless as they defeated the Minnesota Vikings 12-10. Justin Fields threw for 217 yards but was sacked three times and rushed for 59 yards on 12 carries. D.J. Moore caught 11 receptions for 114 yards on the night while Cole Kmet caught seven receptions for 43 yards. Not the best showcasing from the Bears’ offense but Cairo Santos was able to help them out with four of five field goals made all game.
Cincinnati Bengals: D+ (Last week D+)
The Bengals’ offense had a very tough test without Joe Burrow in their divisional matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers only to fall 10-16. Jake Browning threw one touchdown against an interception and was sacked four times. Joe Mixon rushed for 16 yards on eight carries while Ja’Marr Chase caught four receptions for 81 yards but didn’t score a touchdown. Drew Sample caught one reception for 11 yards and scored Cincinnati’s only touchdown in the afternoon. It’s not going to be easy for the Bengals without Burrow under center as they try to compete for a playoff spot with only a few weeks remaining in the season.
Cleveland Browns: D+ (Last week C-)
The Browns’ offense took a stumble when Dorian Thompson-Robinson went down with a concussion as the Browns fell to the Denver Broncos 12-29. Thompson-Robinson did throw a touchdown to Harrison Bryant before exiting the game. PJ Walker did play but didn’t throw any touchdowns or interceptions and was sacked four times. Jerome Ford rushed for 65 yards on nine carries while David Njoku caught six receptions for 59 yards, and Amari Cooper caught two receptions for 16 yards but left the game with a rib injury. The Browns offense is always in need of a talented quarterback but Deshaun Watson is out for the season and Thompson-Robinson is dealing with a concussion. PJ Walker needs to step up as he is projected to be the starter for the Browns moving forward unless Thompson-Robinson recovers and can play in the following weeks.
Dallas Cowboys: A (Last week A-)
The Cowboys’ offense torched the Washington Commanders for some hot and steamy turkey in their 45-10 victory. Dak Prescott threw four touchdowns against zero interceptions and didn’t get sacked at all. Tony Pollard rushed for 79 yards on 13 carries and scored a touchdown while Brandin Cooks caught four receptions for 72 yards and scored a touchdown, CeeDee Lamb caught four receptions for 53 yards and scored a touchdown, and KaVontae Turpin caught one reception for 34 yards and scored a touchdown. The Cowboys’ offense is a very scary and powerful unit with playmakers who can make a defense tremble in fear.
Denver Broncos: B (Last week C+)
The Broncos offense has been playing well during their five-game winning streak. Russell Wilson threw one touchdown pass against zero interceptions and scored a rushing touchdown. Javonte Williams rushed for 65 yards on 18 carries while Samaje Perine rushed for 55 yards on seven carries and scored a touchdown. Courtland Sutton caught three receptions for 61 yards and Adam Trautman caught one reception for eight yards and scored a touchdown. If the Broncos keep playing great football like they are as of week 12, they can potentially sneak into the playoffs and cause some noise as a wildcard team.
Detroit Lions: D+ (Last week B-)
The Lions’ offense started their Thanksgiving run very slowly as the Green Bay Packers’ defense kept them from scoring many points in the first half of the game. Jared Goff threw two touchdown passes all game including one to Sam LaPorta in the first half but Goff fumbled the ball three times in the game. David Montgomery rushed for 71 yards on 15 carries and carved his way into the endzone in the third quarter for a touchdown. Amon-Ra St. Brown caught nine receptions for 95 yards while LaPorta caught five receptions for 47 yards including the first Lions touchdown of the game, and Josh Reynolds caught two receptions for 15 yards and scored a touchdown at the end of the game. The Lions’ first half was tough to watch, until they attempted a comeback in the second half, only to drop the cranberry sauce and lose to Green Bay.
Green Bay Packers: B+ (Last week C)
It was a great Thanksgiving for the Packers’ offense as they took Ford Field and defeated the Detroit Lions 29-22. Jordan Love looked incredible as he threw three touchdowns against zero interceptions and was not sacked once. AJ Dillon rushed for 43 yards on 14 carries while Christian Watson caught five receptions for 94 yards and scored a touchdown, Jayden Reed caught four receptions for 34 yards and scored a touchdown, and Tucker Kraft caught two receptions for 15 yards and scored a touchdown. The Packers’ offense come out early and keept the Lions from enjoying their Thanksgiving turkey for the evening.
Houston Texans: C (Last week C-)
The Texans’ offense had a very good performance on the field but couldn’t get the win because of a missed Matt Ammendola field goal in the end. C.J. Stroud threw two touchdowns zero interceptions and scored a rushing touchdown but was sacked four times. The rest of the Texans’ rushing attack was held to 44 rushing yards. Nico Collins caught seven receptions for 104 yards and scored a touchdown while Devin Singletary caught six receptions for 54 yards, and Tank Dell caught five receptions for 50 yards and scored a touchdown. The Texans’ offense had a great performance against their AFC South rival but Ammendola’s two missed kicks held them back from the victory.
Indianapolis Colts: B- (Last week Bye Week)
The Colts came back from their bye week charged up and secured the 27-20 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Gardner Minshew may not be the best quarterback in the league but he did play fair despite throwing an interception against no touchdowns and did score a rushing touchdown. Jonathan Taylor had himself a great performance as he rushed for 91 yards on two carries and scored two rushing touchdowns. Michael Pittman Jr. caught 10 receptions for 107 yards on the day but didn’t make it in the end-zone. The Colts’ offense was true leader with Jonathan Taylor, who was the key factor for their victory against the Buccaneers as they continue to make a push for the playoffs.
Jacksonville Jaguars: B (Last week B+)
The Jaguars’ offense continued to roll on through as they won a tight nail-biter of a game against the Houston Texans. Trevor Lawrence threw a touchdown against an interception and scored a rushing touchdown while Travis Etienne Jr. rushed for 56 yards on 20 carries. Calvin Ridley and Christian Kirk both had 89 receiving yards on the day as Ridley scored a touchdown for the Jaguars. The Jaguars’ offense is a great unit and will certainly continue to play very well against their opponents as they look to secure the AFC South crown in the coming weeks.
Kansas City Chiefs: B+ (Last week B-)
The Chiefs’ offense looked great as usual as they defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 31-17. Patrick Mahomes threw two touchdowns while Isiah Pacheco rushed for 55 yards on 15 carries and scored two rushing touchdowns. Rashee Rice caught eight receptions for 107 yards and scored a touchdown while Travis Kelce caught six receptions for 91 yards, and Justin Watson caught one reception for three receptions and scored a touchdown. The Chiefs’ offense knows how to win games and look good while doing so. They have an easy stretch for the final six weeks of the NFL regular season.
Las Vegas Raiders: C- (Last week D)
The Raiders’ offense played better than they did in week 11 but couldn’t get the win in their week 12 17-31 loss to their longtime rival, the Kansas City Chiefs. Aidan O’Connell threw a touchdown against zero interceptions but was sacked once. Josh Jacobs had a great day on the field with 110 rushing yards on 20 carries and scored a rushing touchdown while Jakobi Meyers caught six receptions for 79 yards and scored a touchdown, and Davante Adams caught five receptions for 73 yards on the afternoon. If the Raiders’ offense continues to produce points, not turn over the football, and play more physically against opposing defenses, they can get a couple more wins and finish with a decent record as opposed to another below-average season which is still very likely.
Los Angeles Chargers: C- (Last week C-)
The Chargers’ offense was a bit slow in their week 12 10-20 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Justin Herbert threw a touchdown pass against one interception and led the Bolts in rushing with 47 rushing yards on four carries but was sacked three times and lost a fumble. Austin Ekeler had 32 rushing yards on 10 carries but lost a fumble. Keenan Allen caught 14 receptions for 106 yards but lost a fumble while Gerard Everett caught four receptions for 43 yards and scored the Chargers only touchdown. The Chargers need to get back on track and find a way to improve and get out of their current losing streak if they want to be a relevant team in the AFC West.
Los Angeles Rams: C+ (Last week C+)
The LA Rams managed to play a good game on offense as they defeated their NFC West rivals, the Arizona Cardinals, in a 37-14 victory. Matthew Stafford threw four touchdowns against one interception while Kyren Williams rushed for 143 yards on 16 carries and caught six receptions for 61 yards and scored two touchdowns. Tyler Higbee caught five receptions for 29 yards and scored two touchdowns while Tutu Atwell caught three receptions for 76 yards on the day. The Rams’ offense looked good but Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp didn’t have an explosive day on the field as both need to be more involved in the Rams’ remaining games this season.
Miami Dolphins: B- (Last week B+)
The Dolphins’ offense was ready to roll on Black Friday against the struggling New York Jets in their 34-13 victory. Tua Tagovailoa threw one touchdown against two interceptions and was sacked twice in the game. Raheem Mostert had quite the performance as he rushed for 94 yards on 20 carries and scored two rushing touchdowns. Jaylen Waddle caught eight receptions for 114 yards and Tyreek Hill caught nine receptions for 102 yards and scored a touchdown. The Dolphins offense is showing the league why they are potentially the best offensive unit in the NFL with excellent performances from Mostert, Waddle, and Hill who’ll continue to put shivers down the spines of opposing defenses.
Minnesota Vikings: D+ (Last week C)
It was a very rough night in Minnesota as the Vikings fell 10-12 to the Chicago Bears. Joshua Dobbs threw one touchdown pass against four interceptions on the night while Alexander Mattison rushed for 52 yards on 10 carries. T.J. Hockenson caught five receptions for 50 yards and scored the only touchdown of the game. It was a very tough blow for Minnesota and for Dobbs who has been an incredible story for the Vikings after losing Kirk Cousins with a torn Achilles in week eight. The Vikings will rebound from this as they hope to make it in the playoffs as a wildcard team.
New England Patriots: D- (Last week Bye Week)
The Patriots’ offense played a horrendous game at Metlife Stadium as they fell 7-10 to the New York Giants. Mac Jones threw two interceptions while Bailey Zappe who came in for Jones threw an interception of his own. Both quarterbacks also got sacked in the loss. Rhamondre Stevenson rushed for 98 yards on 21 carries and scored the Patriots’ only touchdown of the afternoon. Demario Douglas caught six receptions for 49 yards and DeVante Parker caught three receptions for 42 yards on the day. The Patriots have a lot of work ahead of them as they figure out what to fix in the coming weeks or just burn the house down and start from scratch in the 2024 season.
New Orleans Saints: C- (Last week Bye Week)
The Saints’ offense has very talented playmakers, but, they didn’t get any touchdowns all game as Blake Grupe kicked five out of six field goals on the day in the Saints’ 15-24 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Derek Carr threw one interception against no touchdowns while Alvin Kamara rushed for 69 yards on 15 carries and caught four receptions for 50 yards. Chris Olave caught seven receptions for 114 yards and Taysom Hill caught two receptions for 55 yards on the day. It was a tough day for the Saints’ offense who are looking to get themselves back on track in a wide-open NFC South but have some work to do for the remaining weeks of the season.
New York Giants: D+ (Last week C-)
The Giants’ offense did not play a sharp game despite getting a 10-7 win over the woeful New England Patriots. Tommy DeVito threw one touchdown against no interceptions but was sacked six times. Saquon Barkley did not have a good day on the ground as he rushed for 46 yards on 12 carries. Jalin Hyatt had a good day on the field as he caught five receptions for 109 yards while Isaiah Hodgins caught one reception for 12 yards and scored the Giants’ only touchdown. The Giants got lucky in week 12 with a struggling Patriots. That said, but the Giants are also struggling this season, due to horrible play and injuries affecting their team. The Giants walked away with the victory, which is all that matters.
New York Jets: D (Last week F)
The Jets’ offense was held back by the Dolphins’ defense and very poor quarterback play from Tim Boyle who threw one touchdown against two interceptions and was sacked seven times. The Jets rushing attack was held to under 29 rushing yards with Breece Hall rushing for 25 yards on seven carries. Garrett Wilson played well as he caught seven receptions for 44 yards and scored a touchdown near the end of the game. The Jets offense would be better served with a more reliable quarterback to fill the void until Aaron Rodgers gets healthy again for next season otherwise, expect more losses and low quarterback production from guys like Boyle and possibly Zach Wilson.
Philadelphia Eagles: A- (Last week B-)
The Eagles’ offense played a very close and intense game against the Buffalo Bills and secured the 37-34 victory in overtime. Jalen Hurts threw three touchdowns against one interception, rushed for 65 yards on 14 carries, and scored two rushing touchdowns while D’Andre Swift rushed for 80 yards on 14 carries on the day. DeVonta Smith caught seven receptions for 106 yards and scored a touchdown, A.J. Brown caught five receptions for 37 yards and scored a touchdown, and Olamide Zaccheaus caught one reception for 29 yards and scored a touchdown. The Eagles’ offense continues to play, lights out, as they continue to look like a team that can go back to the Super Bowl and potentially win it all!
Pittsburgh Steelers: C+ (Last week D)
The Steelers’ offense, fresh from Matt Canada’s departure, had a great game with 421 offensive yards in their 16-10 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. Kenny Pickett may not have thrown a touchdown or interception but he was an excellent game manager making sure everyone did their jobs. Najee Harris rushed for 99 yards on 15 carries while Pat Freiermuth caught nine receptions for 120 yards and George Pickens caught three receptions for 58 yards. The Steelers’ offense will now have the chance to be more productive, without Canada calling the plays, and will undoubtedly have greater success against other teams in the weeks to come. They played a close battle against their AFC North rivals.
San Francisco 49ers: B+ (Last week A-)
The 49ers’ offense had a strong performance over their NFC West rivals, the Seattle Seahawks on Thanksgiving night. Brock Purdy threw one touchdown against one interception and was sacked once. Christian McCaffrey had quite the performance as he rushed for 114 yards on 19 carries and scored two rushing touchdowns while Deebo Samuel rushed for 15 yards on 14 carries, scored a rushing touchdown, and caught seven receptions for 79 yards on the night. Brandon Aiyuk caught two receptions for 50 yards and scored a touchdown on the night as the 49ers defeated the Seahawks 31-13 as they claimed the freshly cooked turkey prize to celebrate the victory. Mm…the smell of victory.
Seattle Seahawks: D (Last week C-)
It was a tough Thanksgiving night for the Seahawks as they fell to their NFC North rivals, the San Francisco 49ers 31-13. Geno Smith threw an interception against no touchdowns and was sacked six times while the Seahawks’ rushing attack was held to a total of 88 rushing yards all night. Jaxson Smith-Njigba only caught two receptions for 41 yards while DK Metcalf caught three receptions for 32 yards. Jason Myers scored the Seahawks’ only points on offense with two field goals made in the game. It was a very rocky performance by the Seahawks’ offense as they couldn’t taste the sweet cranberry sauce of victory. They are hanging on for dear life to their quest for what may be an elusive playoff spot on the NFC.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: C- (Last week C-)
The Bucs’ offense did whatever they could, but came up short, in their 20-27 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Baker Mayfield threw two touchdowns against one interception but was sacked six times. Rachaad White rushed for 100 yards on 15 carries while Mike Evans caught six receptions for 70 yards and scored two touchdowns. The Bucs were undone by a few incompletions and six sacks against Mayfield but as always, the NFC South is a very wide-open division that can be won by anyone at this point.
Tennessee Titans: C- (Last week D+)
The Titans’ offense, which has struggled, at times, during the 2023 season finally snapped a three-game losing streak to the woeful Carolina Panthers. Will Levis threw no touchdowns or interceptions but was sacked once as he did an okay job of game manager. Derrick Henry had a great game on the ground as he rushed for 76 yards on 18 carries and scored two rushing touchdowns in the first half. DeAndre Hopkins caught three receptions for 49 yards and Chigoziem Okonkwo caught four receptions for 45 yards on the afternoon. The Titans’ offense did not make any serious noise during the second half of the game, but were able to walk away with the victory at home against a struggling Panthers’ team.
Washington Commanders: D (Last week D+)
The Commanders’ offense couldn’t get much of anything going in their Thanksgiving showdown with the Dallas Cowboys. Sam Howell scored a rushing touchdown but threw an interception which turned into a DaRon Bland 63-yard pick-six. Brian Robinson Jr. had 53 rushing yards on 15 carries while Curtis Samuel led the Commanders in receiving yards with 100 receiving yards from nine receptions. It was a rough go-around for the Commanders as they had to settle for a cold slice of turkey in their 10-45 loss to the Cowboys.
