Week 10 saw intense games played with some exciting come-from-behind victories by the Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Houston Texans, Seattle Seahawks, and the Denver Broncos to name a few. Other teams tumbled to fall behind in the second half while a couple of teams needed to bury their losses six feet under and try turn things around for the coming weeks.
Here are the grades for all 32 NFL Teams after the week 10 games:
Arizona Cardinals: C+ (Last week F)
Kyler Murray is finally back after a year of recovering from his ACL tear. Murray scored a rushing touchdown on the day and led the Red Birds to a come-from-behind victory over the Atlanta Falcons but threw one interception. Trey McBride had a great day on the receiving side while James Conner led the Cardinals with 73 rushing yards. The Cardinal’s defense managed to get three sacks and two pass deflections but no interceptions on the afternoon. The Cardinals earned this win as a nice welcome back for Kyler Murray who hopefully can stay healthy for the remainder of the season.
Atlanta Falcons: C (Last week C-)
The Falcons did everything they could to defeat the Arizona Cardinals on the road but fell short due to a strong comeback by Arizona. Taylor Heinicke threw a touchdown against zero interceptions but left the game early with a hamstring injury opening the door for Desmond Ridder to come off the bench. Ridder did score a rushing touchdown and Bijah Robinson had 95 rushing yards and scored a additional rushing touchdown. The Falcon’s defense had two sacks against Kyler Murray and Nate Landman had an interception. Despite the effort from Atlanta, they couldn’t stop the comeback rally from Murray and company in the very end.
Baltimore Ravens: B- (Last week A+)

The Ravens played a wild game in the first half with a Kyle Hamilton pick-six to begin the game but the Cleveland Browns came back from behind and won on a last-second field goal. Lamar Jackson threw one touchdown pass against two interceptions while Odell Beckham Jr. Scored his second touchdown of the season. Jadeveon Clowney led the Ravens with two sacks on the day while Roquan Smith had 21 tackles on the day. It was a very productive day for Baltimore despite coming up short to their AFC North foe, the Cleveland Browns.
Buffalo Bills: C (Last week C+)
The Buffalo Bills had quite the start to their week 10 24-22 Monday Night loss. James Cook fumbled the ball on the opening play while Josh Allen threw one touchdown against two interceptions despite not getting sacked all game. Dalton Kincaid scored a touchdown while the defense did everything they could against Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos with four sacks and a fumble recovery before a pass interference call on Taron Johnson and a 12-men on the field penalty sealed Buffalo’s fate in the heartbreaker of a loss.
Carolina Panthers: D (Last week D-)
The Panthers played a mediocre game against the Chicago Bears on the road and left Chicago with a 13-16 loss. Bryce Young did not throw any touchdowns or interceptions on the night and was sacked three times. The Panther’s rushing game also had 43 rushing yards on the night and the only touchdown Carolina scored was a fumble recovery by Ihmier Smith-Marsette in the first quarter while Eddie Pinerio made two of three kicks on the night. The Panthers are inching closer and closer to finishing at the bottom of the tank and securing a high draft pick in 2024/ That may be some consolation and a great way to forget about this so-far disastrous 2023 season.
Chicago Bears: C- (Last week D+)
Similar to their week 10 opponent (The Carolina Panthers), the Bears did not play great but unlike their opponent, they managed to secure the win at home 16-13. Tyson Bagent did not throw any touchdowns or interceptions but he also wasn’t sacked and did not fumble the ball. D’Onta Foreman scored the only touchdown for the Bears while Cairo Santos was three for three with field goals. The Bears may not be the NFL’s best team in the league, but they can scratch their way to some wins against opponents. It just goes to show that sometimes a less than great team can pull it out against a rival no matter how good or bad they are.
Cincinnati Bengals: C+ (Last week B)
The Bengals played a very intense back-and-forth battle with the Houston Texans but couldn’t secure the victory as they fell 27-30 to a young and talented Texans squad. Joe Burrow threw two touchdowns against two interceptions while Joe Mixon, Ja’Marr Chase, and Trenton Irwin all scored touchdowns for the Bengals all game. The Bengals had one combined sack through Logan Wilson and Trey Hendrickson (Both men had 0.5 sacks) and one interception from Cam Taylor-Britt. The Bengals are still a fierce competitor despite this nail-biter of a loss for them. They will rebound in the coming weeks.
Cleveland Browns: B (Last week A-)
The Cleveland Browns looked questionable during the first half of the game, but were able to get their mojo back, despite being down 24-9 in the second half. Deshaun Watson threw one touchdown against one pick-six interception to Kyle Hamilton. Kareem Hunt and Elijah Moore scored the offensive touchdowns while Greg Newsome II scored a defensive touchdown from a Lamar Jackson interception. Do not underestimate this Cleveland Browns team, with an elite defense coached by Jim Schwartz, that can potentially play spoiler for other teams moving forward.
Dallas Cowboys: B+ (Last week B)
It was no surprise the Cowboys would dominate the New York Giants for a second time this season, despite the Giants putting up 17 points in the second half. Dak Prescott threw four touchdowns against one interception and scored a rushing touchdown and Rico Dowdle scored a rushing touchdown. CeeDee Lamb had quite an afternoon as he scored a receiving touchdown and a rushing touchdown while Brandin Cooks led the Cowboys with 173 receiving yards and a touchdown. The Cowboy’s defense shut the Giants out in the first half and sacked Tommy DeVito five times and DaRom Bland intercepted a DeVito pass. It was business as usual for the Cowboys as they dominated their weak NFC East rival.
Denver Broncos: C+ (Last week Bye Week)
The Broncos had an okay game on Monday Night Football. Russell Wilson threw two touchdown passes and zero interceptions despite getting sacked four times but lost a fumble to the Buffalo Bills. Cortland Sutton played great as he scored a touchdown as did Javonte Williams. The Broncos defense snagged two interceptions from Josh Allen and had two fumble recoveries including one to start the game. With this victory against the Bills, the Broncos are beginning to cook and can potentially cause massive upsets against very talented opponents for the remainder of the season.
Detroit Lions: B+ (Last week Bye Week)
It was another very productive week for the Lions as they traveled to Los Angeles and defeated the LA Chargers in a back-and-forth comeback 41-38 victory. Jared Goff threw two touchdowns against zero interceptions and was not sacked at all. David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs both scored rushing touchdowns while Amon-Ra St. Brown and Brock Wright both had receiving touchdowns. The Lion’s defense didn’t get any sacks but they did have five pass deflections and a Kerby Joseph interception in the game.
Green Bay Packers: C- (Last week C+)
The Packers have been playing slightly better after their week eight drop to the Minnesota Vikings but couldn’t get the job finished in the Steel City against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Jordan Love threw two touchdowns against two interceptions while Jayden Reed and Romeo Doubs both scored touchdowns for the Pack. The Packer’s defense had one sack, five pass deflections, and no interceptions in their week 10 19-23 loss to the Steelers. The Packers have had some very tough breaks throughout the season and this is just one of those painful losses. The team has to move on from here and focus on the next game coming up.
Houston Texans: B (Last week B+)
The Texans came into Cincinnati and played a very competitive and very close battle with the Bengals and came out victorious in a 30-27 win via a last-second Matt Ammendola field goal. C.J. Stroud threw one touchdown against one interception while Devin Singletary and Tank Dell both scored offensive touchdowns on the day. On defense, the Texans had four sacks with Sheldon Rankins getting three of those sacks on Joe Burrow, and DeAndrew Houston-Carson and Shaquill Griffin both had interceptions against Burrow. The Texans’ rebuilding season is going far better than expected as they keep playing excellent football against very serious opponents.
Indianapolis Colts: C+ (Last week B-)
It may not have been the best day for the Colts as Gardner Minshew threw an interception on the day in Germany but he managed the game well as the Colts secured a 10-6 win over New England. Jonathan Taylor scored the only touchdown of the day and the Colts defense had five sacks and two interceptions against New England and one of them was the game-ending interception against backup quarterback Bailey Zappe. The Colts are still in the playoff hunt despite a low-scoring situation and they return home fired up and ready to take on more opponents as the season winds down.
Jacksonville Jaguars: F (Last week Bye Week)
It was a rough week 10 for the Jaguars coming off their week nine bye week with a punch in the gut 3-34 loss to the well-rested San Francisco 49ers. Trevor Lawrence threw two interceptions while the Jaguars rushing attack was held to 59 rushing yards on the day. Christian Kirk had a productive day but didn’t make contact with the endzone. The Jaguar’s defense had two sacks against Brock Purdy but couldn’t intercept him all game. This is a tough pill to swallow for the Jaguars but they will bury this game behind them and continue moving forward.
Kansas City Chiefs: Bye Week (Last week A-)
The Chiefs earned their rest after a statement victory abroad in Germany. The Chiefs will return to action in week 11 when they’ll square off against the Philadelphia Eagles in a Super Bowl 57 rematch.
Las Vegas Raiders: C (Last week C+)
The Las Vegas Raiders secured a victory over the woeful New York Jets. Aiden O’Connell threw one touchdown and an interception while Josh Jacobs had a magnificent night with 116 yards. Davante Adams had a great night as well while Michae Mayer scored the game’s only touchdown. The Raider’s defense forced two sacks and one interception helping secure the victory from the Jets.
Los Angeles Chargers: B- (Last week C+)
The Chargers played a back-and-forth football game against the visiting Detroit Lions but ended up falling short 41-38. Justin Herbert threw four touchdowns against one interception and was not sacked in the game. Austin Ekeler, Keenan Allen, Jalen Guyton, and Quentin Johnston all scored touchdowns on the afternoon. On defense, it was pretty quiet as they couldn’t get a sack or interception against Jared Goff but Derwin James Jr. led the team with 13 tackles on the day. The Charger’s offense truly exploded points-wise but couldn’t get the win thanks to a Riley Patterson game-winning field goal in the end.
Los Angeles Rams: Bye Week (Last week D-)
After losing a tough one on the road to the Green Bay Packers in week nine, the Rams bolstered their roster by signing Carson Wentz to a one-year deal as a backup to Matthew Stafford who is recovering from a thumb injury. This move will potentially help the Rams just in case Stafford is out for more weeks.
Miami Dolphins: Bye Week (Last week D+)
It was a tough week nine for the Miami Dolphins who hopefully had some well-needed rest in week 10. They resume action as they try to lock up the AFC East from the now-struggling Buffalo Bills.
Minnesota Vikings: B+ (Last week B)
It was another successful game for the Minnesota Vikings as Joshua Dobbs kept the team in it against the New Orleans Saints. Dobbs threw one touchdown against zero interceptions and scored a rushing touchdown while Ty Chandler scored a rushing touchdown as well. T.J. Hockenson caught 11 receptions for 134 yards and scored a touchdown. The Viking’s defense managed to get three sacks and two interceptions against Jameis Winston who was filling in for an injured Derek Carr. The Vikings are looking like a team that can get back into the playoffs under Dobbs’ leadership despite losing Kirk Cousins to a torn Achilles injury in week eight against the Packers.
New England Patriots: D (Last week C-)
The Patriots may not have the highest expectations but they have tried putting in effort in their games despite many of them being losses. Mac Jones threw no touchdowns against one interception while Bailey Zappe threw the game-ending interception that sealed the deal for the Colts. The defense managed to get an interception against Gardner Minshew and no sacks but it ultimately wasn’t enough. The Patriots have a lot of things to fix as they return to the United States for the rest of their regular season games.
New Orleans Saints: C- (Last week B)
It was a slow and tough start for the Saints as they took on the Minnesota Vikings on the road. Derek Carr left the game with a shoulder injury during the third quarter while Jameis Winston took over and threw two touchdowns against two interceptions and was sacked once. A.T. Perry and Chris Olave both scored touchdowns on the day while the Saints rushing attack was held to 68 rushing yards. The Saint’s defense only had one sack on the afternoon and no interceptions against Joshua Dobbs. It was a tough game for New Orleans as they attempted to come back from behind in the second half only to fall short.
New York Giants: D- (Last week F)
The Giants were outplayed and outclassed by their NFC East rivals, the Dallas Cowboys in a 17-49 loss in Jerry’s world. Tommy DeVito did throw two touchdowns in the second half of the game but threw an interception in the game while Saquon Barkley had a productive day on the ground. Sterling Shepard and Lawrence Cager caught the only touchdowns for the Giants. On defense, Cor’Dale Flott had an interception against Dak Prescott while Darnay Holmes had an interception against Cooper Rush but the team did not have any sacks on the day. It may seriously be time for the Giants to just lose their games for a chance at the first overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
New York Jets: D+ (Last week D-)
The Jets played slightly better than they did against the Los Angeles Chargers in week nine but couldn’t get the victory over the hot Las Vegas Raiders. Zach Wilson threw an interception against zero touchdowns while Breece Hall had a quiet night on the ground with 28 rushing yards on 13 attempts. Garrett Wilson had a great performance on the field with 93 receiving yards while the Jet’s defense had three sacks and one Jordan Whitehead interception. Even though the Jets lost a tough one, the score could’ve been much worse.
Philadelphia Eagles: Bye Week (Last week B+)
The Eagles are looking to secure the NFC East from the Dallas Cowboys as they return to action in week 11 and strike fear in their upcoming opponents.
Pittsburgh Steelers: C+ (Last week B-)
The Pittsburgh Steelers extended their winning streak with a 23-19 close win against the struggling Green Bay Packers. Kenny Pickett didn’t throw any touchdowns or interceptions while both Jaylen Warren and Najee Harris scored rushing touchdowns on the day. T.J. Watt led the defense with eight tackles and a sack and both Keanu Neal and Damontae Kazee had interceptions against Jordan Love. It was another productive day for a very elite Steelers defense and a somewhat decent day for the Steelers offense.
San Francisco 49ers: A- (Last week Bye Week)
After a three-game skid and a well-needed bye week, the 49ers are back in the winning business after defeating the Jacksonville Jaguars 34-3. Brock Purdy threw three touchdowns against zero interceptions while George Kittle, Brandon Aiyuk, and Kyle Juszczyk all scored receiving touchdowns while Deebo Samuel scored a rushing touchdown. The 49er’s defense had five sacks, two interceptions, and two fumble recoveries against the Jaguars. It was a well-needed win for the 49ers as they resume competing for the NFC West crown.
Seattle Seahawks: B- (Last week F)
The Seahawks secured a well-needed come-from-behind victory over the Washington Commanders in week 10. Geno Smith threw two touchdowns against zero interceptions while Tyler Lockett and Kenneth Walker III each scored touchdowns on the day, and kicker Jason Myers was a perfect five for five kicks on the afternoon. On defense, the Seahawks had three sacks against Sam Howell but couldn’t intercept a pass from him. It was a great comeback victory for Seattle as they try their best to keep the NFC West title in their grasp from the resurgence San Francisco 49ers for the remaining weeks of the season.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: B (Last week C)
The Buccaneers finally snapped out of their losing funk and earned a 20-6 victory at home against a struggling Tennessee Titans team. Baker Mayfield threw two touchdowns against one interception while Mike Evans and Rachaad White both scored touchdowns for Tampa Bay. The Bucs defense had four sacks while Antoine Winfeld Jr. had an interception returned for 28 yards. It was a very productive day for the Bucs as they secured a victory in a must-win game for the team if they want to steal the NFC South away from the New Orleans Saints.
Tennessee Titans: F (Last week C-)
The Tennessee Titans continued to lose games as they fell flat to the BakerMayfield-led Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Will Levis threw one interception against no touchdowns while the Bucs’ rushing attack was held to 42 yards, and the receiving didn’t cross the goal line plain once all game. On defense, the Titans had three sacks against Baker Mayfield and one Roger McCreary interception on the afternoon. With each passing week, the Bucs get closer to being a bottom feeder this season that can land a high draft pick to help Will Levis excel in the game.
Washington Commanders: C (Last week C+)
The Commanders played a very tight game against the Seattle Seahawks and almost won but fell short due to a Seahawks come-from-behind victory. Sam Howell threw three touchdowns against zero interceptions while Brian Robinson Jr., Antonio Gibbs, and Dymai Brown all scored touchdowns for the Commanders. On defense, the Commanders had six pass deflections and one sack by Jonathan Allen but no interceptions on the day. The Commanders suffered a painfully close loss on the road but turned things around despite the loss.
