After a disheartening home loss on Christmas Day, the Kansas City Chiefs bounced back in a big way.
The Chiefs scored a single touchdown on Sunday, but it was enough to beat the Bengals alongside an onslaught of Harrison Butker field goals.
The outcome clinched an eighth consecutive AFC West title for the Chiefs.
Following the game, the daughter of the Chiefs owner, Gracie Hunt, took to her Instagram story and delivered a simple message.
“EIGHT STRAIGHT,” she wrote.
Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco rushed for 130 yards Sunday and also caught five passes for 36 yards, including a touchdown toss from Patrick Mahomes.

Patrick Mahomes wasn’t bad by any stretch on Sunday, finishing 21-of-29 for 245 yards and a touchdown while losing one fumble.
Veteran kicker Harrison Butker was 6-for-6 on field goals as he scored the final 18 points of the game as Kansas City overcame a 17-7 deficit and outscored Cincy 12-0 in the second half.
The Chiefs conclude their regular season at the Chargers.
The Chiefs will open the playoffs in the NFL’s Wild Card Round on the weekend of Jan. 13-14.
