CBS golf, NFL and NCAA football reporter Amanda Balionis Renner has prompted an online inquest following a recent appearance during which her wedding ring was nowhere to be seen.
Amanda is married to former North Carolina quarterback Bryn Renner, who also had a brief spell in the NFL. However, she was shown without her wedding ring while playing the role of a 19th-hole reporter at a recent golf tournament, raising some suspicion.
With the journalist having posted a photo to Instagram in which she’s shown interviewing Hideki Matsuyama and Rory McIlroy, one fan commented, “No ring hmmmm?”
“Nice but why no wedding ring?” wrote another.
Amanda hasn’t responded to the speculation regarding her marriage, but both of her IG accounts are still under the name “Amanda Balionis Renner.”
She was seen wearing her ring just over a week ago while covering the Super Bowl in Las Vegas while she posted a few photos, including a mirror selfie, where the piece of jewelry can be seen clearly.

She traveled to the Riviera Country Club in California for the golf tournament after the Chiefs beat the 49ers in the Super Bowl with her wedding ring no longer on show, at least not during the interview.
