Golden Tate is a former NFL wide receiver who played 11 professional seasons with the Seahawks, Lions, Eagles, and Giants.
Him playing with two NFC East teams has him like many fans that do not like the Dallas Cowboys. Despite not winning anything significant in over 25 years, the Dallas Cowboys remain one of the most talked about teams every year.
During a recent podcast, Tate was speaking with Chase Daniel when he lamented on the fact of continuous talk about the NFC East franchise.
“They are overhyped and they underdeliver every single year. So I’m done even like using my vocabulary on them.”
Seattle selected him in the second round of the 2010 NFL Draft, and three years later he was a Super Bowl champion.
He signed a free agent deal in March 2014 with Detroit, where he played four and a half seasons before being traded to Philadelphia in the middle of the 2018 season. He played his final two years with the New York Giants, finishing with career regular-season totals of 8,278 yards and 46 touchdowns.

The 2022 Dallas Cowboys went 12-5 and even won a wild card playoff game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The victory would be short-lived as the team would fall to the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Divisional game for the second-straight season.
The Cowboys have one of the best cores in the league but nobody truly puts their faith in them because they seem to choke when it matters the most.
Injuries and inconsistency have held back Dak Prescott in previous years. His play was not worthy of a Pro Bowl selection last year. His 15 interceptions were tied with Davis Mills for the most in the league despite him only playing in 12 games.
He has a lot to prove to his critics, with one of them being Tate.
