Gisele Bündchen has been bust since she is officially free from Tom Brady.
According to Page Six’s Emily Smith, the supermodel purchased a $11.5 million mansion in Miami Beach that is located directly across the waterway from a home that is under construction that belongs to her ex-husband.
The 6,600-square-foot home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The home sits on an 18,400-square-foot waterfront plot. The property listing states it has soaring 25-foot ceilings, numerous terraces, and views of a wide waterway plus Indian Creek Island.
It also has a large outdoor pool, home theater, office, gym, playroom and an eat-in kitchen that opens up to a patio.
“You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other,” a source told Smith.
The former couple will share joint custody of their kids following their divorce from last month.

Brady has started nine games and has thrown for 2,547 yards, 10 passing touchdowns, and one interception. Brady completed 36 out of 58 passes and threw for 280 yards in the last game against the reigning champs, the Los Angeles Rams.
