Would the New York Giants actually take yet another QB in the 2020 NFL Draft?
According to Ian Rapoport, the Giants have spent a lot of time researching Oregon QB Justin Herbert, and that also includes a video interview with new head coach Joe Judge.
It seems extremely unlikely that the Giants would use another top pick on a quarterback, especially after Daniel Jones showed flashes of brilliance during the 2019 season.
You also have to factor in that this may entirely be a smoke screen and the Giants leaked the information in an effort to get a QB starved team to make a deal with them.
Herbert threw for 10,541 yards while completing 64 percent of his passes to go along with 95 touchdowns and 23 interceptions during his 4-year college career at Oregon.
