The New York Giants selected Daniel Jones with the sixth overall pick in the 2019 Draft and subsequently sent their entire fan base into cardiac arrest.
It was hard trying to find a single fan who was excited about this selection. The team knew this, so they decided to drum up some excitement over the weekend by releasing a hype video of the former Duke Blue Devils QB throwing checkdown passes in practice.
Needless to say, this was a complete failure.
Dropping dimes on screen passes lol

In his years at Duke, he was not statistically overwhelming, as he had a .599 completion percentage and threw 52 touchdowns and 29 interceptions.
In an era in which two dozen quarterbacks a year break 3,000 yards passing, Jones passed for between 2,600 and 2,900 yards in each of his three seasons in college.
