The New York Giants rookie tight end stayed on the ground after making a first down catch against the Jacksonville Jags. It didn’t seem like much initially, but it didn’t take long for everyone watching to realize that this was something serious.

The fourth-round rookie was having himself a solid season, especially when you consider how rare it is for rookie tight ends to break out in the NFL.
Coming into today’s game, he had 15 receptions for 139 yards and two touchdown. That includes a five catch, 38-yard, one touchdown performance against the Ravens in week six.
Let’s hope this injury is not as serious as it looked and he’s able to return to the field this season.
