It’s looking more and more like the 2020 Major League Baseball season might not happen, but Aaron Judge might still be on the field, but in a different sport.
A day after the New York Yankees outfielder joked about possibly joining the San Francisco 49ers if there is no MLB season, 49ers All-Pro tight end George Kittle tweeted back with a GIF of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
Judge grew up in Linden — just outside of Stockton — and was a wide receiver for Linden High School, so it’s not out of the question to think he could step on a football field and hold his own.
The football programs at UCLA, Stanford, and Notre Dame wanted Judge to be a Tight End in college, but he ended up committing to play baseball at Fresno State.
The man comes in at 6-foot-7 and 282 pounds and would be an absolute beast at any position he is put at.
