Those who tuned in to watch the San Francisco 49ers take on the Seattle Seahawks to kick off Wild Card weekend have been treated to quite the game so far.
The Niners got out to a hot start and looked like they may run away with it, but the Seahawks quickly erased that possibility with a couple of quick scores.
Viewers who weren’t too distracted by the back-and-forth action may have noticed something a little strange when it comes to George Kittle. The Niners tight end usually grabs a ton of attention for his bruising style of play, but on this day it’s his helmet that’s getting all of the attention.
Needless to say, that is not your typical football helmet design.
