Geno Smith was on fire against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday Night Football but he was definitely in pain while doing it.
Smith shared a few disturbing photos of his bruised elbow on X while captioning the post “Nobody cares. WORK HARDER.” Smith later deleted the photos.
Smith posted a picture of his injury that showed bruising and inflammation spanning from the top of his forearm through his bicep.
Smith suffered the injury back in a Week 11 loss against the Los Angeles Rams and has been playing through it which includes a Thanksgiving loss to the San Francisco 49ers as well as Thursday’s loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
During Seattle’s 31-13 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, Smith threw zero touchdowns. He completed 18-of-27 passes for 180 yards and a pick.

Smith threw for 334 yards with three touchdowns and an interception in the loss to the Cowboys. He also had a rushing score.
Smith has thrown for 2,918 yards to go along with 15 touchdowns and nine interceptions this season.
