The return to watching sports in person was supposed to be a great thing for fans, but it has turned into a nightmare for the NBA as it seems every night fans are trying to make themselves part of the action by doing dispicable things.
Just last week, three NBA teams indefinitely banned fans after incidents in which attendees exhibited unruly and outright disrespectful behavior toward players or their family in attendance.
Two more venues, in Boston and Washington, D.C., had banned fans for bad behavior by Monday.
“The return of more NBA fans to our arenas has brought great excitement and energy to the start of the playoffs, but it is critical that we all show respect for players, officials and our fellow fans,” the league said in a statement last week. “An enhanced fan code of conduct will be vigorously enforced in order to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all involved.”
“Respect our Players. Respect our Game,” the NBPA statement read.
On Twitter, Fox Sports personality Joy Taylor eviscerated fans with her comment on what those fans would do if these players were to strike back:
“All of you know at least one ACTUAL tough guy. So you know damn well you wouldn’t catch them actin a fool at an NBA game. These “fans” are corny ass punks who wouldn’t bust a grape. Periodt.”

“If a player smacks one of these nerd boys to another dimension, they would get sued immediately, the league as well. These little punk fake tough guys built like marshmallows would be the first to cry and press charges. Keep your narrow ass in your seat and your hands to yourself”
“I find nothing funny in streaking or running on the court. If one of the players decided they’re in danger and the break that clown’s face what then? This is not funny, cool or ok in any way.”
