Ex-Fox Sports anchor and reporter Julie Stewart-Binks has put Fox Sports on the big screen once again in 2025 as she has filed a lawsuit alleging sexual assault against executive Charlie Dixon.
Charlie Dixon has been labeled a ‘sexual predator’ in a new lawsuit that claims he assaulted the reporter in 2016.
The executive vice president in charge of content at FS1 and FS2 has been accused of sexually assaulting former Fox Sports anchor and reporter Julie Stewart-Binks, who claims Dixon pushed her against a wall, held her arms there, and forcibly kissed her in January 2016 when they met at a hotel bar in California to discuss plans for the Super Bowl.
Dixon has been the executive vice president of content since 2015.
Julie Stewart-Binks claimed in her complaint, per the Athletic, that after she reported the incident to a human resources representative at Fox, the network “egregiously made the deliberate decision to protect Dixon and allow a sexual predator to remain an executive at Fox for nearly a decade.”

She stated she felt she was unable to refuse an invitation to Dixon’s hotel room.
Once she met up with the network executive, he allegedly “pushed her against the wall and pinned her arms to her side” before he “tried to force his tongue into her mouth,” per The Athletic.
“While keeping one of her arms pinned, he moved his other arms from pressing her upper elbow against the wall to her body and towards her chest,” the complaint reportedly claimed.
Julie Stewart-Binks left Fox Sports in 2016.
Fox Sports Might Need To Clean House After Lawsuit From Julie Stewart-Binks
For the second time in less than a month, Fox Sports and one of its executives have been sued for sexual misconduct.
Julie Stewart-Binks says that Charlie Dixon forcibly kissed her after pushing her against a wall in January 2016.
Just earlier this month, Noushin Faraji filed a lawsuit against the company, claiming that executive vice president of content Charlie Dixon had behaved inappropriately with her.
She also alleged that Joy Taylor used sex as a means to get more opportunities.
The latest lawsuit might mean that the company could clean house to ensure these types of situations do not happen again.
