With the Bucs getting dominated by the 49ers, trailing 35-0 just five minutes into the third quarter, the producers at Fox decided to step in and save Brady from the embarrassment.
As Brady was sitting in the bench, cameras cut to the Fox studio, where Curt Menefee was waiting to tell viewers that they were now being taken to a “more competitive game” between the Carolina Panthers and Seattle Seahawks.
