The Los Angeles Chargers will be one of the NFL teams casting nets out for a head coach and general manager during the offseason after firing Brandon Staley and Tom Telesco in December.
NFL insider Josina Anderson is reporting that the team will search for an HC and GM at the same time.
Anderson has also named the top candidates for the coaching job, with Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn, Washington Commanders offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy, Michigan Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh, and New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick all under serious consideration.
The Chargers should have an easier time convincing either one of Quinn or Bieniemy to accept an offer to become the top man in an NFL franchise. Bieniemy is the only one of the four aforementioned who has never worked as a head coach in the league.
