Former Team Doctor Hinted Patrick Mahomes Could Be Done For The Season, Surgery Likely Needed (VIDEO)

Kansas City Chiefs had their life flash before their eyes after watching QB Patrick Mahomes remain down on the ground with a scary leg injury.

The Chiefs’ star quarterback was hurt on a QB sneak attempt during the second quarter, and even though a cart would come out to get him, he would wave it off and walk under his own power after medical personnel popped his knee back in place.

I'm no doctor, but that looked a lot like they just had to pop Mahomes' knee(cap) back into place.

He was helped off the field and appeared uncomfortable making his way to the visitor’s locker room.

A former team doctor for the Washington Redskins hinted at what could be a season-ending injury for Mahomes.

Patrick Mahomes with patella (knee cap) dislocation. Can be treated without surgery and brace. Could miss just a few weeks. Could also have season ending surgery. MRI will determine which course.
