For the second time in as many weeks, Jackson Mahomes is going viral on social media for all the wrong reasons.
Patrick Mahomes is one of the best quarterbacks in the league, but it has been his younger brother who has been taking up the spotlight lately, but for all the wrong reasons. Jackson is a star on TikTok and he is always at Mahomes’ games dancing and cheering.
On Sunday, he made a spectacle out of himself after he decided to do a TikTok dance on the patch of grass honoring Sean Taylor.
Many have given their opinion on the matter and that includes Torrey Smith. The former NFL WR took to Twitter on Monday and gave a shocking take on the matter.
Smith thinks the entire situation is blown out of proportion.
“It’s clearly not boxed off. This isn’t as big of a deal as folks are making it out to be. Blame the folks that didn’t fence off the spot or put the number in a better location where fans weren’t allowed.”

Afterward, Jackson would delete the TikTok and issue an apology. “I want to sincerely apologize for accidentally being on the Sean Taylor #21 at FedEx Field. We were directed to stand in that area and I meant absolutely no disrespect to him or his family.”
This is not the first time Jackson has been in the news this year for a disrespectful act. Just a few weeks ago, he was caught on camera dumping water on the heads of Ravens fans after the Chiefs lost to them.
