Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin remains hospitalized in critical condition. CPR was administered to Hamlin on the field Monday night for multiple minutes after he collapsed following his tackle of Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins.
He would receive oxygen as he was placed in the ambulance and taken off the field almost 20 minutes after he collapsed. He then was driven to the hospital.
In the wake of his collapse have been thousands of people claiming his collapse and cardiac arrest had something to do with the vaccine. Apparently, one former NFL player feels the same way, so he reached out to Rogan O’Handley.
The Civil Rights Activist and journalist took to Twitter and shared a text message he allegedly received from an unknown NFL player who stated he wanted him to be his voice just in case something were to happen to him down the road.
Damar Hamlin’s uncle Dorrian Glenn said on Tuesday that the Buffalo Bills safety had to be resuscitated twice on Monday after suffering cardiac arrest on the football field. Glenn, who was at the hospital, that Hamlin, who is on a ventilator, is receiving 50% oxygen after initially requiring a feed of 100% oxygen.
On Thursday morning, we have since found out that Hamlin is awake, although still not able to speak since a tube is down his throat. He is gripping the hands of family members and talking by using a pen and paper.
