Former Dallas Cowboys running back Marion Barber III was arrested this week for a 2018 criminal mischief incident.
Marion Barber, who played for the Cowboys from 2005-10, was reportedly arrested on “two misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief that stemmed from a July 2018 incident, jail records showed,” per the Dallas Morning News.
Barber was reportedly arrested by Prosper police.
The former 4th-round pick in the 2005 NFL Draft made the Pro Bowl in 2007 and totaled 4,780 yards and 53 touchdowns during his seven-year career. He would only play one season with the Chicago Bears in 2011 following his stint with the Cowboys.
Barber announced his retirement from the NFL in March 2012.
