Former Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Kellen Moore has been drawing interest from around the NFL following Jim Harbaugh’s appointment.
With the Los Angeles Chargers hiring Harbaugh on Wednesday, Kellen is expected to move on as the former Michigan coach is likely to bring in his own coordinators.
According to NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero, the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns have both requested interviews, with the Chargers expected to permit him to speak to said teams.
Moore has quickly gained a reputation as one of the best offensive minds in pro football. The 35-year-old remained with the Cowboys as a quarterbacks coach after retiring, taking up the role in 2018, he was promoted to offensive coordinator the following year.
Dallas finished first in total offense in two years with Moore as their OC. They led the NFL in scoring in 2021.

He joined the Chargers ahead of last season after head coach Mike McCarthy took over playcalling duties, but his first season hasn’t quite gone as expected. Despite having Justin Herbert as his QB, Moore could only lead LA to an 18th-place finish in terms of offense, while head coach Brandon Staley was fired.
Both the Eagles and Browns present intriguing projects. Both teams made it to the playoffs this season, though they made their exits at the Wild Card stage.
