If Paxton Lynch had hopes of showing NFL teams what he could do to warrant getting back in the league, he is doing it all wrong.
Lynch, who was drafted in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos, has been playing terribly so far in today’s matchup against the Houston Gamblers.
By halftime, Lynch was 2 for 5 for 1 yard thrown with one interception and a fumble that was returned for a touchdown.
Back in February, Lynch was released by Saskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL, presumably so he could get a chance to play in the USFL.

Lynch’s 792 passing yards are the fewest by a quarterback drafted in the first round from 2000 to 2019.
