It might be a long year for Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys if they can’t keep the quarterback upright during games this year.
Clarence Hill Jr. of Fort Worth Star-Telegram noted that the offensive line struggled to provide Dak Prescott a clean pocket this weekend and it led to Dak being sacked several times throughout the course of the day.
Of course, he wasn’t actually sacked, because it’s training camp.
“Dang, how many times you gonna get sacked, Dak,” one fan could be heard shouting.
This offseason, the Cowboys released OT La’el Collins and they let Connor Williams walk in free agency.
The Dallas Cowboys’ offensive line reached its peak in 2016 when the front five boasted three first-team All-Pro selections. Those days are long gone and it could spell big problems in 2022.
