This is not a good start to Super Bowl weekend, as 10 shots were fired outside The Nice Guy in Los Angeles at an afterparty following Justin Bieber’s concert at the Pacific Design Center in WeHo.
According to reports, the altercation involved rapper Kodak Black, who was seen swinging on another man before shots were fired. Kodak and two others were reportedly shot, while one other individual was also injured during the fight.
TMZ has since reported that Kodak claims he was outside talking with fellow rapper Lil Baby when someone jumped a member of his crew. Kodak stepped in to protect his friend, but it came at a cost as he was stuck in the leg with a bullet. It’s unknown who started the fight with Kodak’s crew, and whether that was the same person who fired off those 10 rounds.
Kodak was taken to the hospital, where he and the other three who were injured were all said to be in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.
The guest list at Bieber’s after party continued some of the biggest names in Hollywood, including Drake, Leonardo DiCaprio, Khloe Kardashian, and Kendall Jenner.
Thankfully, none of them were involved in the shooting. At the moment it does not appear as though any arrests have been made. Although, with so many witnesses around, it shouldn’t take long for authorities to identify the guilty parties.
