Jackson Mahomes has denied wrongdoing through his attorney on the back of reports claiming he assaulted a waiter and forcibly kissed a female restaurant owner, yet video footage says otherwise.
The younger brother of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes hasn’t made many fans, though he’s built quite a following online. While the KC signal-caller is possibly the most-liked player in the NFL, his brother, as well as his wife Brittany, are known to drive people crazy with their attention-grabbing antics.
Now, it appears Jackson’s behavior could land him in some serious trouble as, according to The Kansas City Star, police have announced an investigation following claims of assault and sexual assault.
The 22-year-old allegedly pushed a male waiter, aged 19. And, in a separate incident, he is accused of grabbing and kissing a 40-year-old female restaurant owner.
“He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere,” said owner, Aspen Vaughn was quoted as saying “and I’m telling him, pushing him off saying ‘what are you doing?’ and then he proceeded to do it two more times where the last time I was pushing him off and I can see on the cameras that somebody was outside the office door and I was yelling for them to come help because he’s big and massive.”

Jackson’s attorney Brendan Davies has said that the youngster’s done nothing wrong.
“Jackson has done nothing wrong,” he said in a statement.
“Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser including the statements of several witnesses. We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter.”
Given the above, they’re probably going to have a hard time proving that in court.
