We have our first fight of the NFL season.
At FedEx Field, Washington Commanders fans packed the place to bring in a new era, but some of the fans remained the exact same.
In the stands, an argument during bad weather led to violence when a female Commanders fan could be seen sucker punching another female fan as she looked the other way.
As for the game, Sam Howell threw a touchdown pass and ran for another score to make up for two turnovers and the Washington Commanders came back to beat the Arizona Cardinals 20-16 on Sunday.
In front of a sellout crowd, it was an ugly game that was closer than it should’ve been. Washington’s defense eventually took over and made game-changing plays.
Howell was 19 of 31 for 202 yards with a 7-yard TD pass to Brian Robinson Jr. and an interception.
