It’s also unfair to place full blame on Bass. The defense had no answers for Patrick Mahomes and the KC offense in the second half. Sean McDermott was reckless with his fake punt play call, and Stefon Diggs dropped a deep pass from Josh Allen minutes before Bass’ miss.
