A video of Justin Fields was posted to Instagram by the quarterback’s manager and it has led to major speculation about his future this offseason.
Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Poles didn’t confirm whether he planned to use the No. 1 pick on another quarterback, but did specify that he wanted “to do right by Justin” if the Bears do “go down that road.”
It appears he may have delivered some good news.
A video of Justin Fields was posted to the Instagram story of Mario Nunez, who bills himself as Fields’ manager. It shows the young quarterback pacing in a kitchen, yelling, clapping his hands, and jumping up and down.
Near the end of the video, fans believe they heard something about Fields being “ready to go home.”

The Bears find themselves in the same position as last offseason, having faced speculation on Fields’ future while holding the No. 1 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Last year, the team opted to trade the pick to the Carolina Panthers in a package that included the eventual No. 1 pick it now possesses for the 2024 NFL Draft.
Many speculate that the Bears will trade Fields this time around and draft Caleb Williams, the top-ranked prospect for the 2024 NFL Draft.
