On Tuesday night, chaos ensued when the final four teams ended up being the Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks, Memphis Grizzlies, and New Orleans Pelicans as fans waited in anticipation to see who would be awarded the #1 overall draft pick.
The New Orleans Pelicans had a 6% chance to win it all and they came out victorius as many fully expect them to select Zion Williamson out of Duke.
That led to many people celebrating, not because they were fans of the Pelicans, but because the Lottery drawing pretty much stops team from getting the #1 pick just because they tanked all year long.
The NFL Draft official Twitter account decided to take to social media and demand that the NFL give football fans a draft lottery like the NBA has.
