Monday Night Football just can’t catch a break.
During the 2018 season, fans absolutely hated the trio of Joe Tessitore, Booger McFarland and Jason Witten, which got better when Witten returned back to the Cowboys.
Not only that, ESPN had to scrap the ‘Booger mobile” because it blocked the view of fans who paid money to see the game upclose and not from a small TV they put on the back of the crane.
One game into 2019 and it’s already bad.
ESPN decided to piss off fans even more by rolling out graphics for Saints-Texans that featured the down-and-distance graphic that is yellow and it makes people think there’s a flag thrown on every play.
